Before withdrawal I could claim up to 1500 satoshis per hour, but after withdrawal why I can claim up to 500 per hour only? Got confused with this

This faucet not pay, I did 2 withdraw and never paying to me. And not have any register or something to paying into my wallet, but satoshis was withdraw to my account.
