Absolutely don't know anything about the said coin called Dragon, the said coin has a total supply of 500,000,000 which doesn't worth much rating as exaggerated by OP, though, this is my sole opinion. If any insist in investing on this coin, more research and diligence should be done before any action or move.

It has changed all of roadmap but that was not the biggest ico in the history. Did you remember EOS and that should be the biggest ico in history which raised 4 billions from its ico and that was fucking crazy amount of money for a strange product like EOS platform.

Icobench gave it only 3.0 score. It looks like not good. It is hard to invest this coins but always make your choice yourself. It maybe profitable also...

I'm not aware of this so called Dragon Project. We are in the bear market but so it's extremely hard to raised that needed $$$ in this worsening conditions, but it's amazing if they did actually.

How much is the softcap/hardcap target though? I'm just curious. Again, the price plummeting has something to do with bounty hunters dumping it, sad to burst the bubble. There are also cases that lots of ico's have raised so much money but end up going down as well, so I'm not surprised by this news.
