What a nice post OP! These people are the ones who trust bitcoin and cryptocurrency because these are the people who foresee the future and the good thing about bitcoin. Because of what they are doing, they are silently supporting and promoting bitcoin to other people because of their fame they might get the attraction of other people especially Elon Musk who says that he has a holding of 0.25 bitcoin only and yet we can see the effect of it to the market as well on the doge.

Thanks for your support, tyz,
Yes, here is the proof:

However, I don't trust what he said here. I believe he owns much more than this

I don't also believe that he only owns that amount of Bitcoin, it could be higher and I also believe that he owns other coins like DogeCoin because he keeps supporting it in his social media account, he is very uncanny, he is not posting his addresses because there's a possibility that he doesn't want to be a major player but a passive holder but with hidden bags of coins.

Powerful person by their assets and money but i think its not excuse to play the market because of their posting on social media. But of course its up to traders if they bet what they have, and listen to this billioners people to what they posting on social media.
If you're talking about the recent tweets that affects crypto market then the problem isn't really those billionaires but the people who just took these billionaires tweets too seriously. I mean, People like Elon don't even tell people to pump dogecoin but other ordinary people still buying it out of their own intiative anyway. Maybe he's a bit manipulative but if people don't consider every of words coming out of his tweet as a trading signal then he won't be able to manipulate the market.

Jeff Bezos owns crypto, no doubt. All the big players are diversifying their investments into gold, silver, and now Bitcoin because they recognize that crypto can compete against fiat if governments want to spend recklessly. I read some articles months ago that Goldman Sachs are included crypto into their portfolios so if giant financial firms are already in the crypto industry, safe to say high net worth individuals are too.

This also means that most of the big banks were WRONG on crypto a decade ago. They knew it was a competitor and tried to kill it early through misinformation.

With just a simple tweet or making a sound of these billionaires toward any cryptos, they can make a big buzz right away.

I don't know if most of those billionaires really owning some Bitcoins or any cryptos. Maybe only a few but they are not taking it seriously.

Especially with Elon Musk, he is like toying with people at those tweets, no seriousness at all, as he believed he can control the market.

Pretty sure there are more than these people who are filthy rich and owns their very own bitcoins too but would rather enjoy their privacy than being a celebrity on the internet because they own bitcoin too. And the fact that more and more prominent figures are realizing the worth of bitcoin as an asset is a clear evidence that we are off to a good future my guys, this is the path that most sought after commodities like gold and oil took before they basically controlled the market.
I absolutely agree with you, because really not all rich and famous people love publicity in everything, including in financial matters, including not the rich want to be too famous Wink I would still not compare bitcoin with gold and oil, given the still short market history of bitcoin in contrast to oil and gold, which have long been integrated into traditional markets and there are many financial products to work with these assets.

Good read, Out of sMerits at the moment

I found another one who is missing from the list you posted.

Matthew Roszak
Est. cryptocurrency net worth: $1.2 billion

Matthew Roszak
Matthew Roszak JAMEL TOPPIN FOR FORBES
In the late 1990s and early 2000s, Roszak worked in venture capital and as an entrepreneur (he also settled insider trading charges in 2006) before buying his first bitcoins in 2012. Today his day job is cofounder and chairman of Bloq, a five-year-old blockchain technology startup with clients like Citigroup and Discover. Bloq consults on everything from payment processing for “stablecoins”—or cryptocurrencies pegged to a traditional currency’s value—to helping banks store digital assets securely. Roszak has long been a crypto evangelist and recently co-led an initiative to give every member of Congress $50 worth of digital assets. Forbes estimates his crypto net worth is $1.2 billion, up from roughly $300 million a year ago. “This is going to be the Roaring ’20s for bitcoin,” he told Forbes.

And also few others available in the list and some millionaires too.

In terms of elon musk and CZ Binance, I think these two people have more bitcoin assets than what is written here because we all don't know for sure how many assets they have because cryptocurrency wallets can be broken and are anonymous so it's difficult to identify that the wallet belongs to both people or not, because both have the potential and have a big influence on cryptocurrency price movements.
Yes, it makes no sense to use #Bitcoin in your public twitter account unless you are deeply investing into it. I am quite sure there are more whales in the market than we think and I wouldn't be surprised if Satoshi is soon revealed because who knows is Elon musk is actually satoshi Grin.

Curious to know What the things behind of Elon Musk adding #BITCOIN in his tweeter bio recently where he has only 0.25 BTC?
That's the funniest part because he might own 250 BTC instead but because of the nature of Bitcoins we never know how much who owns actually. I mean there might be guys with millions of dollars in Bitcoins from their early investing but we don't even know them because they are hidden and might have their bitcoins split into 100 addresses.

How do you think Winklevoss twins have 1.8 billion dollars? Let's do the math and we will see how much they actually own. They said they own 1% of all bitcoins right? Well in that case we have 18 million 620 thousand bitcoins, 1% of that is 186200 bitcoins. Right now bitcoin price stays at around 37500 thousand dollars so in order to calculate the wealth they have ONLY ON BITCOIN we have to calculate 186200 times 37500 which is about 7 billion dollars. So, by logic they are already above except elon musk, they are the richest in the list.

I am not sure how much CZ has but I am sure there are some that we do not know about as well, so I think it is obvious that the list of names are 100% correct but the amount of money they own could be a bit different than expected, otherwise a great list. I think Warren Buffett doesn't understand bitcoin neither but Justin Sun gave him both bitcoin and tron so we could count that too if you only focus on "rich people who owns bitcoin".

It's very funny that Dorsey's asshole loves BTC so much, even though he really likes to control everything around him. Twitter turned into a garbage dump thanks to his "right" decisions and now they have also build a real system of denunciations. Dorsey has built his own Cyber-GULAG and says he loves things that can't be controlled. A bit ironic, isn't it?

He said that he has only 0.25 bitcoin

Nice collection!

Do you have a prove or a source where Elon Musk stated that he owns BTC0.25. So far I always thought he didn't own Bitcoin and only tweeted or wrote about it. He doesn't own Doge either, and yet he pushes prices massively.

Thanks for your support, tyz,

Elon's a troll who gets off manipulating people, which is why you can't take anything he says seriously. He's well-known for making aggressive targets with Tesla and failing to meet them.  He's well-known for tweeting things that aren't true (e.g., his settlement with the SEC for tweeting materially false information about Tesla). He's well-known for tweeting memes just to get attention (e.g., tweets about Doge that get endless attention). He's a narcissist and his words should be regarded as empty and self-serving because that's the history he's established for himself.  He's also ventured into Covid hoax territory when it's served him and picked fights with people on twitter (pedo lawsuit), which is just unbecoming for someone of his stature. He's not the hero the crypto community deserves, it's kind of annoying he gets as much worship as he does.

They are wise enough to hide what really the numbers of their posessions, Musk nd CZ are super billionaires and playing with money is what they are best with.

We can't tell how much the assets they've really got and how big the influenced they can create in terms of moving this market to the directions that they wanted to go, imagine what happened previously when Musk add the hashtag it pumped up the value and still until
now the after effect is really great.

Stefan Thomas, the programmer from Germany who lost the password for his 7002 bitcoin can be added to the list. The worth of the bitcoin and his worth altogether will count 0.22 billion. Maybe his funds weren't able to be used, but I find him to be a self made billionaire who's worth will keeps on popping higher and higher over the years.
He does technically own the bitcoin but considering the he doesn't have access to it then I don't think that it is right to put him on this list, I would agree with the part of him become a self made billionaire but he has to be able to access the money before doing that. What do you mean by the 0.22 billion?

In my own idea and knowledge about Elon Musk owned a huge amount of Dogecoin rather than Bitcoin, that's what I know
about his holding altcoins. Though, He may have a bitcoin, but I guess none of us here doesn't have any idea how much does He
really hold Bitcoin except for what He mentioned about 0.25BTC only.

Do you really think that Elon Musk would tweet about Bitcoin, if he was holding only BTC0.25? My suspicion is that that may be the amount that he directly owns, but he may be having indirect holdings such as GBTC. And apart from a single tweet mentioning DOGE, he hasn't showed much support for Altcoins to date. But irrespective of how many coins he own, among all the billionaires in that list Elon Musk has been most supportive of Bitcoin.

We don't know, its just an speculation as he himself personally does not claim he holds a lot of coins, per OP, he only had 0.25 btc, and he could only be sharing it or might be hiding the real holdings, but it's really an speculation.

Though, He may have a bitcoin, but I guess none of us here doesn't have any idea how much does He

That's correct, but he can influence the market since he is the richest in the world, what if he use that influence. Making a tweet and received $1 million per tweet. Just like the old times when John McAfee made a tweet and made money every time.

BTW OP, where would CSW sits here? just kidding.  Grin
