You have to be able to send a deposit and be confirmed in the first or in the last block  found durin the game. If your btc will be confirmed outside the game time you make a fall and lose everything.
If there is only one player he will lost only 2% of his deposit.
If there are only to players, the first will play 10btc and the second will play 1btc the first will get 9.28btc and the second will get 1.50 btc.
if there are 3 players and everyone deposit 1 btc The first and the last player will get 1.47btc and the player in the middle will lose everything
