Payments are being skipped again on WDC pool. Got paid on 704 and then on 734 skipping 4 blocks in between

Ok I have updated the payout system :
It still PPLNS but the N parameter is now computed for each block based on the number of shares submited for the X last blocks found.
It like normal PPLNS but it's more stable : It will take 2 or 3 blocks to reach normal payout (before it's was really random) and I expect less problems.
