No wonder many bounty groups are dead or inactive, because it is not easy for managers to find bounty projects. Especially now with
poor market conditions, it is difficult to find legitimate projects. Because in my opinion the manager must be responsible for the projects.
This is how many new bounty managers have sprung up, so it is difficult for bounty hunters to determine which managers can be trusted.
In the end, bounty hunters who choose projects now must be more careful, do a thorough investigation before participating bounty.

I'm not sure why some of the lists you mentioned are inactive, maybe they have left the bounty because of the many scam projects and very cheap prices or indeed they are
The reason they are inactive is maybe they have formed new group of bounties today and those mentioned are just the old ones. They are not dead because they are still active today but with new groups already. And maybe some of them have left the group because of such scamming happening nowadays.

Some gift channel groups that no longer function, can they no longer be trusted as managers so that no projects will be managed by them?
Although some of these telegram groups are popular with the gifts they managed before.

@qqwx_bounty
@arnobs_bounty
@KrypitalBounty
@RoyalTeamBounty
@Officialbountyportals
@topbountymanager
@bountiesbybernard
@bountygroupp
@bingobounties
@bountiesbykopisusu
@bountycloud
@bountyhive
@adsistmediabounty
@BountySuiteSupport

I think you need to review your list again. Some of these bounty groups still exists. Adsistmedia bounty still exists and functions well just that sometimes the admins are too busy to solve hunters enquiries. Bountyhive on the other hand also still exists and some others too. Some groups become inactive when there are projects to promote.

Bountyhive is still alive and they have a new campaign. Although, I no longer participate in their bounties because they wasted more than one year of my bounty hunting, they are specialist in managing scam projects and I think they are conspirator with such scam projects. 99% of their project never succeeded, the ones that manage to succeed, ran into trouble.
No they aren't in conspiracy with any scam projects, it's just like a bounty manager who promotes a project and the project failed later, not all projects from bounty managers or bounty platform will be successful, bountyhive did well in the past, now just do your own research before joining any bounty

RoyalTeamBounty is one bounty group in which I was a member earlier. I took part in one or two of their bounties, and I don't think that I got good reward for my effort and time. I don't know much about their current status, since I stopped doing bounties by mid-2018. In case the group is closed, then there can be multiple reasons for that. I have noticed that bounty campaign managers are regularly blamed for failed projects, although it is no fault of theirs.

I guess no, there are a lot of possibilities and I'm worried if the account was taken over by someone else. Just choose bounty campaign that managered by an active member and a member who has a lot of good reputation. You will not supprised if you intens to see reputation thread, there some accounts who has taken over by someone else and he tried to scam many people there. That is the risk that you will face with an old platform who rarely even no longer to give an information and be a manager bounty campaign. Just choose yahoo or Hhamphuz at least you will be safe and you will get the monet that you want.

Some of these bounties have died due to price reductions, so there is little demand, this has made them no longer functional because they have no value. Even if this happens, it cannot be predicted that this coin will grow again. Don't assume not to believe, it could be that it will rotate 180 degrees to reverse the situation.

Actually in a more serious note you might find out they are not to be blamed, reason being that the managers in question are yet to get hold of good bounties worthy of their time as well as the bounty hunters. Also, I think it's better to wait and get a good bounty than accepting anything that comes the way which might end up being a total waste of time. Some of these groups, their managers are good so I think we should allow them figure themselves out and get hold of the best bounty campaigns.

Not all bounty groups are active today, some haven't introduce any new project for a year now especially the new groups like bountycloud for example, but today they introduced koinpro bounty
Yes, that is because at the moment there are not many projects that are feasible to manage, so that makes most bounty groups inactive, and if for the coinpro you mentioned it is also still in the repair of the bounty page, because I see from 8 campaign models that are opened via Koinpro , only 3 campaigns can be followed at this time.

It might look like dead but I'm sure behind all of that they will still accept the work if there is from a developer who wants to use his services, but what is the problem is about the current lack of projects. 2017 until now there is at least a big difference and even though there are new projects there at least the competition between them is very strong so it is very possible they are lacking job offers.

I even have a telegram group bounty campaign of more than 50 groups and 80% of the group is a place for referral spaming and promotion, because the group is no longer managed by the manager responsible for the telegram group.

Inactive groups are usually groups of bounty campaigns that fail to reach the target or softcap, there were also groups that initially were always active with successful projects, but recently started to be inactive again.  there are also groups that are out of control because managers no longer have access to these groups.

 For active groups, there are some who always update their project updates to date, because the project is still running even though there is still no clarity about exchange issues or other matters.

The most important thing is to sort out the groups that are important and always active so as not to miss the latest updates.

Bountyhive dead?
I thought they were just getting picky which is normal if you want to run a perfect bounty that will credit both ICO and the hunters.

I don't think they are really dead by now.
We might see them again sometime when there is a right one for them.
Or is it because their price is getting more expensive?

No wonder if we found many bounty groups are dead, it is basically because many projects weren't success
either they turned into scam projects, or the project has not enough money to run.
Nowadays, it is better to search for real project and buy their coin instead doing many bounty tasks.

over 9k users ? wow thats alot for a just a group . cant imagine the chatroom anymore if that amount of people chat all together  but that seems unrealistic anymore and for sure most of these are only bots and few are only real people  . i see many people buying bots and telegram groups with thousands of users  , idk why but maybe to attract people thinking thier project is legit   . its also normal for people to left the group due to boredom , i know because i did it too many times on many group that i join before  .

Initially it was over 20k, with 7-8k online at any given moment.
But as i said, people left or just plain quit

Hah, yeah I'm not surprised. Even my bounty group, with over 9k users is probably at this stage 80% innactive.
But that's life i guess. After the 2018 bear, many crypto people just left and never looked back

I only know to on that list the Bounty Hive and the Bounty Portals it's been a while since I've heard of them maybe earlier last year? I wonder why they were dried out maybe due to the lack of good projects that's coming around? Are those groups still functioning and the others?

I think most of the bounties today appears to be unprofitable? or maybe the projects was not that really good.

I think this is just a manager's competition to get a project to be managed by him. And I see now there are several projects that are managed directly by the project owner. This will reduce the costs of the company.
And there is also because the manager's reputation is not good so he no longer gets a new project. Reputation is the lack of success of a project that he manages.
