I am not so optimistic as you. Now the overall environment of the market is no longer comparable with that of last year. BTC is still adjusting for shocks this year. But I believe it will still fall. I have a hunch that there will be no bull market this year.

Many hope that this end of the year will be the same as the previous. That would be pretty good. But, unfortunately, it's very difficult to predict anything. There are positive forecasts for November and some only for 2020. And they can all be just. Therefore, we wait and hold. For the sale personally, I'm not preparing.

I am very optimistic that this last quarter is the turnaround months. The bulls are just around the corner. I even foresee it starting this September, whether ETF or not. Not many see this silver lining and that is why the panic sell off has continued unabated.Most of us are hoping it will happen again in this Q4 of this year just be patient and calm this is our chance to buy bitcoin at a low price if the ETF will approve this month Im pretty sure the price of bitcoin will boom and we can see a long green candle but if the sec deny again the Etf proposal the momentum will be change to red candle stick, so just be observer and always update on the news it will give you a hint on what will happen next to bitcoin.
Initially, I had thought the Bitcoin ETF would be approved no matter what but now having understood the undercurrents with the SEC I think it's going to be a tall order to achieve. It's more likely to be rejected again than accepted come Sept 30.

Yes this is the right time to buy crypto especially BTC and ETH as the value is too low now and it can benefit us during the bullrun.

We cant be sure and it be could possible it will continue until 4th quarter. Market never shows any changes on its trend and it's getting more decline than of the ups scenario. People are so excited to see pumps during BER as it could be, but I've never think right now.

i'm holding too but getting ready to sell. It's very hard to predict the bull run so my decision is to wait out in fiat

What if we look at the graph from 2009 until now? Definitely continuing upwards 
this is a good news. I believe that the cryptocurrency will be able to adjust direction immediately. But it is not certain whether it will exceed the peak of last year.
It looks there will be no bull run in 2018 since we are in continuous fall and the altcoins were fell much more than the bitcoin hope the recovery process will be longer and most of the altcoins are not going to survive this so better to convert your coins into bitcoin and waut for the prices to increase.

We can only speculate on the possible market in thennear future. one should note that Market is Volatile, it is unpredictable, no one can tell of what to become of the status of each coins prive value
posted on the market. It is dependent on the Volume of investors for specific coin. Yes, anything can happen on market during the trading. The key is PATIENT, market correct itself after the market glitz., let's wait and try to hold on and protect our investment for future profits.
I think that the bull market will come when big players want it. And we will not be told about this. Therefore, it is useless to guess when the market finally turns green and stops falling.
