Actually you just need to use an exchange, for example Binance. You just exchange tokens of one network for tokens of another and then withdraw them to bitcoin’s wallet.
But don’t make very popular mistakes. It is important that the coins and the wallet where the funds will be received belong to the same cryptocurrency. Also if your tokens don’t supported by this exchange (for example, they are very rare or new) and you send them to the exchange, you will just lose them.

Over the past few years, I have been buying a little ether tokens, as well as BSC.
I have quite a lot of them and here I find a very expensive gas for transactions.

What is the cheapest way to exchange tokens (ETH/BSC/POLYGON) for Bitcoin?
The traditional way of exchanging them in centralized exchanges are the most economical way comparing with decentralized exchanges or instant swap and there is no way to cut the gas fee if your tokens are sitting in your wallets since you have to move them to make any further swaps.

Try moving away with the Ethereum blockchain the gas is so expensive as hell. ETH is cheaper only when are you are trading in millions to billions. It is created for millionares and billionares not for everyone. WBTC is cheaper in Polygon and BSC mainnet.

I doubt that Polygon and BSC is expensive in terms of making transaction using them, instead these two have a cheap transaction when you do a deposit or withdrawal and ETH is the most expensive transaction when you do a withdrawal or deposit. That is why this ETH is not practical for me to use it as my personal assets here in cryptocurrency.

for BSC and POLYGON, the fees incurred to send them to any exchange, or to other wallets are not that big, even the fees can be quite cheap. however, for ethereum, it depends on how much gas there is at the time, so you'll need to check frequently on gasnow.org or https://etherscan.io/gastracker. Well, for transactions from wallet to wallet, it depends on the gas price at that time, but from exchange to exchange, it is quite expensive, and almost every exchange has different fees. I personally use FTX for ethereum transactions because I feel that the fees given are cheaper than others, but currently, FTX is required to verify KYC. maybe everyone has a different place than me. collect references and check one by one.

(1) P2P, preferably your friend. You can hand him your private key, and he can give you his private key (barter). However, there will be problems if one side or both store backups. It's the cheapest, but not feasible in most cases.

(2) The 2nd cheapest for small amount is to use instant exchange such as changenow, changelly, etc., but it has a bad reputation on this forum.
(3) The 3rd cheapest is to use centralized exchange the likes of Binance et al.

For (2) & (3) you do it when the gas price is low.
Your chances are very low to exchange tokens for Bitcoin. The third one is the best options: " centralize exchange". But now Bitcoin investment isn't profitable. Why does someone want to exchange tokens for Bitcoin? We have one option if our tokens are ERC-20. It doesn't cost us the same 24 hours as you can see. GWEI is always changing if you check gas prices.

Bitcoin is actaully her best option. It's the best performing asset. It's the centralized exchanges that are all he needs.

The withdrawal fee of BTC is higher in the exchanges but there are exchanges that only need 0.0005 for withdrawal of BTC, a bit high is you only have a few. But OP said he has plenty of it. What is 0.0005BTC for him. Kraken and bittrex has low withdrawal fees. 0.00015 BTC I think.

BSC and Polygon might be the cheapest way to exchange it for bitcoin caused by both have cheap fees for its transaction. that's quite different with ethereum that charges more tx fees to create a single transaction. Just send it to the CEX and it will be the best idea to exchange it for bitcoin. You can't avoid the fees as you're holding the native tokens. what you can do to pay the fees on any blockchain to deposit your tokens to the your exchange site's account. The possible thing to decrease your transaction cost but this will be lowered the priority of your transaction. I guess polygon was the cheapest one but since you're holding various assets that run on the various blockchain and you have needed to pay doubled as you must sent it through the various chain to the your exchange wallet to convert/exchange it to bitcoin.

the cheapest network is polygon then bsc only on eth the fees have gone crazy, to get btc with low fees from erc 20 tokens i would say send them to binance and buy btc from there, or use a bridge to transform eth tokens into bsc / polygon tokens and then buy wrapped btc via a defi platform i recommend pancakeswap

Transaction fees at this time are still very dependent on the stability of the main coin prices, for example, such as ETH which still has a slightly higher transaction fee than BSC and Polygon, because the price of ETH itself is very expensive when compared to the current price of BNB and Matic, And if you are looking for very low transaction fees when exchanging it for something else, then you should have a look at Polygon right now

The cheapest way is to wait for the fees to go down which they have done so relatively speaking. The fees for sending ERC20 tokens just a couple of days ago were over 23 dollars and are now at 7.5 which is still high but not extremely high like 23 dollars.Unfortunately you have to use the Ethereum gas fees to send these transactions to your preferred exchange which are high but during the last 2 days have seen a calming from the wilds of 11 dollars per transaction to just 3-3.5 dollars for transactions right now.In the end you have to just catch the perfect timing of these two,no other way around as far as I know.

You only have a problem sending ETH to the exchange because of the high tx fee on the ETH network, if you are not in a hurry you can send on weekends, a few times I did it because the fee is not too high on that time, you can also check it here https:/ /www.gasnow.org/

But you also have to check the BTC withdrawal fee on the exchange you are using, if there is a local exchange in your area it would be wiser to directly use the exchange to reduce costs, especially if you also intend after converting ETH to BTC and then selling the BTC to fiat.

Among the one you mentioned then polygon is the cheapeast. Eth has very expensive gas consumption if you used dex. But since you are gonna convert it into bitcoin, why not used centralized exchange since the payment is fixed. I dont think that fee will change there ad they have constant charge.

If using dex. Then pick polygon, its the cheapest one that give you small fee. But I think the best one is fantom.

Cheapest way, i think wait for gas fees in low position. Because what we should concern is ERC20 tokens. Maybe to send a coin or maybe send ETH itself not much now but to swap a coin, which usually in dex made us to do 2 times of confirmation (approve & swap) i think there are no other way except wait for low gas, and compare when to send tokens to market or dex which one that use smaller fees.

Exchange it on the Exchange which have smallest BTC withdrawal fees could be suitable solution.
Check it here, https://withdrawalfees.com/coins/bitcoin make sure the exchange is reliable.
Also make sure the exchange already list BSC/ETH/POLYGON first.

If you have BNB on Binance, you will pay fees only just for entering/output your ETH coins on/from your ETH wallet on Binance. Further you can make exchanges ETH/BTC and fee will automatically be removed in BNB (0.075%). Standard fee - 0.1%.

It must be polygon which is the cheapest one compared with ethereum and BSC. As far as i know if polygon has more blocksize compared with the ethereum and BSC.
BSC was also very cheap chain but it's still not cheap compared with polygon. I have been sending a transaction on BSC yesterday and it needs at least 20 cents as the transaction fees while i just need to pay a few cents only which was less than 10 cents to create  transaction on the polygon.
You can determine that which chain that will give you less transaction fees from those chain. I personally will try to pick polygon but the problem was if it's not yet supporting a lot of wrapped coin.

Except for ETH you can trade other tokens on various exchanges and compare the exchange price with the intermediate exchange websites. The exchange ratio can be high on some exchange services, regarding ETH you are supposed to pay a Gas fee. Check etherscan gas station and transfer ETH when fees are down.

Binance smartchains have inexpensive fees, so you can exchange your tokens for stablecoins, and then send them to the exchange to buy bitcoins.
In Ethereum, the situation is much worse. Level 2 is working recently, so your tokens are on the main network, and for each transfer of tokens to the exchange or swap, you need to pay a large commission.
A swap on a decentralized exchange is always more expensive.

Expect cheap commissions.
