They can stop playing gambling if they really want to, but the case is that they just don't want to, they are too close minded that they are not going to win if they are going to give up that easily. They can't feel the consequences that they are having because they are too focus on winning. The more time we spent on gambling, the more addicted we could become.

I did became addicted once on gambling but I did not really think of making Gambling my source of income, I am just happy gambling and winning even though it rarely happens.

If they think that Gambling is a good source of income, I guess they need to think again. Risking your money everytime is not a good thing, it is normal to risk our money since there are a lot of types of investment but I can't call gambling as an investment unless you will be starting yourself as an owner or investor of a casino.

becoming a gambling addict is not very difficult rather a person never realizes he has become one until he tries to stop this activity. Gambling is so much fun for players because it involves money and a hope of winning that for free. However, the reality is a person tends to lose a lot and wins only few times. And you are absolutely right about the consequences. A person gets hurt not only economically but mentally and emotionally too.

Right, actually everyone started playing just for fun but turns into addiction (including me). But I was able to somewhat control it by just playing free online games. I just wanted to get a feel of the slot machines, those poker tables, and other games that's why I turn my habits into addiction. But I somewhat able to cope with it when playing just free games around thus reducing my risk of losing money. Other's should try it and see how it affects your gambling habit.

Yes, I do believe too that fun and excitement in gambling is the reason to make gambler's addiction and that is mainly the consequence in gambling and other negative happenings will follow, like fading of good relationship towards our boyfriend or girlfriend since most of the time that we should be there for them was already consume during gambling, the long time we are on gambling is the great chance we will get lose all our asset.

I knew it because i know someone who are so hooked in gmbling and no matter how hard we tried to let him see what he have done into his life and to his family still he always finds way and sneak out just to go to a casino to gamble.

Gambling is a choice some choose to be entertain, some choose to earn profit. Eventhough we all know that gambling has many consequences they still choose to get addicted because they believe on positive outcome in gambling by means of luck. This is so risky yet gambling is still present even before up to now.

There are very few people seen in this world who behave like crazy people because I think it’s better for the person to avoid the thing which is being avoided by majority of the people. definitely, it contains some sort of danger in it that’s why the people before you were not trying and a normal person would also not try because sometimes accepting other people advises is a good thing.

I agree with gowobonyok said that addiction is the big problem for every gambler that still playing the games and it gives an impact for a gambler to loss their money in anytime. and as Taskford said, we need to learn about how to not get addicted to gambling games and we need to stay away from the gambling places so we keep the money for another thing.

You definitely seem to say right because gambling for fun can be entertained and can be afforded as well but when it becomes an addiction, then it neither remains a fun and nor can be afforded because when the gambler loses in gambling, he keeps on losing the games as he continues to play just to recover his losses but instead of recovering, he losses all of his money.

Almost everyone who started gambling initially claimed that they were doing it for fun only but as time went on, it became entirely something else.

I think increased rate of unemployment depends more upon on the government of the country rather than the gambling because it the duty of the government of one country to provide jobs to her young ones. But increased use of alcohol and drugs are the consequences of gambling and the children of gamblers are abused by other people which hurts me a lot because they are not judged by the content of character and instead of this judged by their background.

Maybe it's a good advice for some people, but not for everyone. There are types, like me for example, who when seeing that something should be avoided according to the majority opinion only become more curious about trying it. My advice to those people is to try gambling with small amounts (not more than 5% of of your daily earnings) for a year at least. Then it will become obvious that you lose in the long run and that it's a stupid idea to try to make money with gambling. But at least you will not lose everything before coming to that conclusion.
