I heard that drinking beer from cans can be bad but never really looked into the facts for myself. I do wonder the health effects of this however.

What regulations are you talking about? I'm not very educated on this topic so any information you could share on this topic would be much appreciated.
Seems more like a troll-type post to me (and there is nothing wrong with that.)
I'm favorably impressed by American brewing as of the last decade or so. In my area (the Pacific Northwest) it is almost impossible to find a town which doesn't have a micro-brewery, and most of them put out an interesting and high quality product. I am a big fan of many of the products put out by Rouge, and my recent favorite (my being attracted to Imperial Stouts) is 'Yeti' (East of the Rocky Mountains, but what can you do.) Of course it cost me $10/bottle, so it's good that Bitcoin has worked out as a speculative adventure.
They are not made bad by regulation. There are just a lot of crap beers around because that is what sells in volume.
Just stay away from the high-volume cheap adjunct lagers and there is plenty of interesting stuff out there:

You must be seriously misinformed, and never heard of the word microbrew. Basically most beers associated with InBev are mass produced and not of good quality, and those happen to be from all over the world and not just the United States.
It has nothing to do with regulations, its all about profit and not every brewery is working that way. Here is a list of American beers to try and enlighten you;

The mass produced market of cheap beer is everywhere, not just the United States...do a search on InBev and get a list of all the nasty beers you ever had, its run by them, not microbrews.
These regulations suck, but it's not the regulations that keep American Beer "Bad" there are literally thousands of high-quality delicious brews out there. The thing that keeps American Beer bad is the taste of American beer consumers.

Wasn't there an article recently that said that Michigan now allows craft brewery to sell directly to grocery stores? and many German Beers were held back from experimenting with beer until recently I have never heard anyone complain that American made beers are bad, in fact most I have heard think Americans Make the best beers in the world even from Germans, French and English people and the one I met from Denmark.
What is so special with this?

Some American beer is bad. If you're only experience with American beer is with national brands like Budweiser or Coors, you aren't trying hard enough.

If you don't like the American beer, then you can order either Dutch or Irish beer, through online services. They will be a little bit expensive though. But having tasted several brands of American beer myself, I don't find anything wrong with them. Could you please share what you found so bad about the American beer? Also which brands are you referring to?
