It is not surprising how this scenario affects both real estate and even virtual because real people are still behind those and the effect of the virus is a real threat for humans. It is indeed that long term investment are not good as of this moment so better keep tight on holding your assets to be able to secure it until such time that the economy have recovered and once the case of Coronavirus have been lessen in which a cure for it has already been released. As of the moment better keep yourself safe to avoid being infected with the virus.

the effects of the coronavirus are really bad for the economic world, but when the vaccine and the drug have been discovered, I think the economic price will recover. With Corona spreading in Europe and US, we would be seeing more businesses closing and many cities under lock-down. Which would certainly hit the economy around the world.
The stocks are crashing around the world and it would be unrealistic to expect the economy would go back to normal soon as we still has much to fight this virus.

We have had survived so many viruses that hit mankind - SARS, MERS, Ebola and many others and yet, we are still here fighting and finding the cure for yet another one, which is COVID.

Yes, these are all really making me saddening. Only when everything is going on smooth and as per expected, we could live a normal life. Until there will be a compete cure for corona virus, I am afraid trend of markets may persist like this only. Not sure when we are going to see everything will be getting restored. I do believe crypto markets will be an exception all the times but now it reacted to stocks and commodity markets but in recovery crypto market will show its own power.

We are going to see quick recovery of bitcoin markets which will be the enough trigger for making altcoin markets to be bouncing back as early as possible. After all, we must need some concrete solution for the panic of corona virus. Yes, a real curing vaccine will simply boost all the markets.

The virus is not helping matters at all, it keeps spreading fast and with no cure in view and I pray a cure comes out sooner than later as it is the only powerful news which will turn many things around for good. Currently, all sectors or markets are feeling the impact, stocks are dropping and the crypto market isn't left out. In my own opinion, I think holding both in fiat and crypto is the best option. For crypto maybe bitcoin or stablecoin so as to be on the safer side.

I am so sick and tired of people who are finding some sort of connection between corona and EVERYTHING. First it was the stock markets, then it was the crypto market, now the crude oil market. Please tell me what could ever be the possibility that crude oil prices went down due to corona virus. We are talking about crude oil, which is not the thing you use for your cars, that is called gas for example (wrongfully but alright) and a virus that kills maybe %2 of all people that gets infected and already has some sort of breathing problems like old age or asthma.

So, let's find ANY connection between how two totally unrelated things could ever find any connection, could they? If anyone gives me one logical reason for them to have any sort of connection, I will wear mask until there is no more infected all around the world.

I don't think people will not invest, they'll realize they need to protect their money by investing it in crypto.
If they keep their money into fiat, it will also be affected by the inflation once this global economic crisis will continue.
