Like others have said, faucets may work if you scale the whole business up, so if you have your own server and develop and maintain 20-30 faucets sites, the numbers may start to work. But that could be applied to any kind of business, you will have to take some risks and put a lot of time to make it work while there are no guarantees.

This numbers are far far from realistic. If its so easy i could make 20 faucets per week and get 40 BTC per month. LOL
