With good news or without, the market is totally bound to get up. Confirmation of the end of bear market, I don't think that it's already confirmed that we have been gone out of it. The signs might be obvious but if you're a speculator to the market, you're likely to say with your predictions and speculations to be safe first because with the unreadable movement of crypto market. It's difficult to say that this market has already ended, it may possibly ended but we can't be sure of it.

It is struggling because we are at the point where it was struggling for munts to go down. 6000 was broken last year by speculators. There was no fundamental reason for it to go lower and many people lost their money and got scared by this level. It's a psychological barrier that we need to breach.
People became more cautious, and they are not ready to invest in the cryptocurrencies as much money as before. therefore, the crypto market growth will be not so fast as we saw it in 2017.
I doubt this is a bullmarket, for if it was , the gains would be more steep , as in 2017.

This trend can be seen in the history of bitcoin, after it was dump so hard, the price them rise and I think what we are witnessing now is just the beginning of the next bull run. I also think like you. Bitcoin is growing very impressively and is currently above the price of $ 5,800 today. Besides, other Altcoins are also increasing. probably stable. If the leading cryptocurrency can regain enough positive sentiment from retail investors due to the growing signs of a pending recovery and also gather renewed interest from mining groups and stay above the current psychological level of $5,000 and solidify its support then more attention will eventually turn to the alternative market and this should help bring about the long awaited alt-season which will indicate bear conditions have subsided
