Agreed, just today, btc showed another dump and alts are suffering because btc will bounce back theyare not following it. So the real question is,whats really happening on the market? Is it because of recent news about Trump? Libra issues? We never know how whales are working in this market price.

I think this is the fifth day that the price is not holding up as expected, we did touch as high as $10300 but soon it flash crashed again. Indicative that the market has somewhat been manipulated so that big players can buy cheap bitcoin again, so just be cautious.

Btc bull market will start only When world banx and Federal reserve will cut their interest ratest.

Second option is When stable coins like usdt will be minted.

But That's not trigger the bull run it will be just fomo!

I think the market move is now depending on the something Big News, Likes: Bakkt launch, Trump opinion about crypto or maybe the launching of Libra coin.
When the big news come the market start to move aggressively. I think the Technical Indicator is useless now because it all now depends on the news.

We are on the road to $16000 by October after testing $9200 last few hours to get to its lowest point this month. And from Binance buy indicators, the buys and accumulation phase has started and will last till September so we can confidently say a next bull run is Imminent

For a while bull have been in control and now dumping happens in the market as btc and other alt coins are now bleeding. Bears now are in control and they are now selling their position as they already have profit by buying cheap last year.
