Bounty earning will be lower than now in the next year. However, there are still good projects that will give good income for bounty jobs. If there are more legit ICOs will give good earning to bounty participants and investors.

Yes I agree with you this can happen because most of the bounty are getting scammed now because of ICO fails or Scam and the number of participants are also increasing in the bounty so funds are getting lower and lower so this can happen in a year or two.

It won't be happen because bounty are in the high trend now, there are a lot of ICO has been created and I believe that they are getting bigger and better. We can see future with many working products for crypto.
