This is practically notable here within the gathering not exclusively to Reddit and no matter whether this is often another malware hack it's essentially a trick or false actually that numerous clients need to get mindful of no matter whether its a beginner or a pioneer here within the discussion.
Indeed, I even have said this is often another malware that programmers infused to specific destinations that clients may have clicked i feel a phishing kind of hack or a webpage build up to urge your coins on your wallet, essentially full alert is required by most clients that have a web wallet.

not everyone double-checking their destination address which used by hacker to made this program be known last year.
One of my fellow company gets owned by this program by paste the wrong address on their form. As usual windows 10 seems the OS he using that time. After that his company move out to Linux Mint as OS, and so far they still try to adapt to it.
But they more secure then Windows, since no problem occurs again, but this day i read there virus/trojan which attack on browser-side.
Hopefully not gonna happen with me, since i treasure my cryptocoin so much.

This malware is a big problem for windows users, this can't affect Linux or Mac OS users because they are more secured than windows OS, secondly even those who use browser add-ons can still get infected with malwares that works exactly like OP, i am a fully mobile user now and still check my address very well before making payments

You should really be careful especially if you own a huge amount of Bitcoin as you will definitely be prone to hacking. Hackers are anywhere to steal what you have. Sometimes I have trust issues in installing different apps on my phone for crypto promotions, I only install a few wallets that I trust, Malwares are everywhere watching your activity.
You cannot take too many precautions when it comes to your coins because if you make one single mistake that is enough for hackers to take advantage of it and get all your coins, while I love that transactions in bitcoin are irreversible at the same time we must admit that it is a burden, that is why I cannot recommend hardware wallets enough, because at least you have the security that you cannot install anything in it that will allow hackers to steal your funds.

This is not really a new scam but not many users are aware of it. On Reddit, it was discussed extensively, please be enlightened  and secure your BTC. https://www.cryptoinfowatch.com/hackers-are-using-clipper-malware-to-steal-bitcoin-from-users/
The truth is that scammers are never going to stop looking for ways to scam people, we all really have to be careful and level up our ways of securing our assets and money. Some people want to make quick money, and that's the reason they keep getting misled and scammed. When they see projects that promise to pay them a huge amount of money in return they just hop into it without analyzing the project to know whether it's a legit business or a scam. Always do your research and get to know more about any project you are interested in.

Recently I read, hackers are spreading mining malware through youtube videos that must be another potentially dangerous one as clicking interested links while watching videos on reputed platform has become a common gesture for me now a days. I guess we should not trust any platform regardless of their age and reputation. Always need to be conscious is must to stay secured nowadays.

Bitcoin user have read more with bitcoin analyze when starting trade with bitcoin and altcoin, for bitcoin have looking with news information update in other country have good respond with bitcoin or not, if many countries have stop for bitcoin become legal currency maybe not good time for investing because bitcoin will back with lower price.
but for me the legality of bitcoin in a country will not help much price movements, but rather to users who can increase. but maybe the price will go down when the legality of bitcoin is getting smaller in the amount of usage.

Indeed, people should really be careful about being hacked and they always need to secure their wallet and just save well their private keys. Hackers are everywhere and no one is totally safe from that, you have to be so careful and if you're dealing with huge amount of bets you need to get a hardware wallet to make you feel safer, also we shouldn't install unknown softwares to our devices because there's always risk that they'll be some malware.

Sometimes we really need to remind people to be safe from anything like scam. Crypto world is very vulnerable because there are lots of opportunities to gain wealth and scammers use this to scam people. It is really our own responsibility once we enter the world of Crypto so we should be very careful on every decision that we make.

Once we get into the cryptocurrency market it is our responsibility to keep our holdings and investments secure, as it is similar to entering a high risk zone. However we'll be followed and hackers, scammers through various tricks and tools try to get into our wallets. What's been mentioned on the article is about a malware using which bitcoins were stolen.

After spending some time in the Bitcoin market, I learned from experience. You should choose individual investment over institutional investment. By the fast and smoothly. Regarding risks, individual investors are willing to accept higher risks than institutional investors. When BTC skyrockets to $ 20,000, individual investors will get even more excited and rush to buy BTC. If Bitcoin drops, individual investors will quickly buy, and then find other options besides Bitcoin such as ETH, Altcoins.

That's quite true, but if you are really into investment, it is better to take risk both by investing individually and to join other investors in an institutional investment. Most people find it more profitable because if the other investment didn't provide a better ROI, they still have the remaining one where they could still earn allot from.

But in my opinion, it is much harder to invest when you are the only one who are deciding where to invest your funds into.

Hackers devising every means to steal unsuspecting coin holders is of the increase on daily basis this is based on their sophistication in deployment of viruses and malwares to steal Bitcoin by replacing users addresses with their own, I always take my time to check the address I am sending my Bitcoin to these days to avoid being a victim of hackers.
It's much better to continue doing this practice as we don't know how hackers works behind our back, never to forget that in any means hackers are just around the corner waiting for another victims wallet to sucked up. Take time to double check your wallet address and don't rush everything this type of
attempts is perfectly plan so similarities are too close if you'll not check it twice.

Cyber defense is not only about spending more and more money on security hardware rather it's about updating our attitude toward technology. Such attacks shouldn't have popped up if we have adopted the attitude of double checking the address ourselves rather than blindly trusting the technology.
Scammers are everywhere right now, mostly they play in the social media and they use techonologies as a way to scam other people.  I was once getting scammed before.  And the reason is because of carelessness. Thanks for the information for it enlighten me more and give a lesson to me to be more careful especially when it comes to address that we must keep private.

Now this is indeed increasing victims of hackers and scammers. Because of our lack of attention to the security of our wallet. So no wonder
many lose their coins. Because hackers and scammers are smart in exploiting the gaps of technology and also exploiting carelessness of
people. So to prevent us becoming victims of hackers and scammers you should start from yourself more careful and alert against the wallet
that is used, both the wallet that is in the exchanges and wallet such as blockchain. Always use anti-malware software on the device that we
use and also activate the 2FA security feature in the exchanges that we use. By doing that, hopefully we can avoid becoming hacker victim.

Hackers and scammers never stop inventing new strategies for stealing from people. But, how you avoid these scammers is still the same ways – stop installing apps from unknown sources, make use of the main app stores whenever you want to install an application.

Stop opening unsolicited mails, when you see emails from people you don't know, just delete it immediately. And another thing is to avoid giving out information about yourself because when they lay hands on your information they can as well use it to do something against you. I'm always careful with how I use cryptocurrency because I know that they are not like PayPal, there is no way you can reverse your money, once it's sent, just say bye-bye to it.
Most people have never treated their online security as something important because for the most part of their lives they have relied on centralized institutions to protect them, but we know that is not true with bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general, your coins are as secure as you make them be, and if you install your wallet in the same computer that you use for your everyday life and you have no problem installing software from unknown sources then it is obvious that at some point you're going to lose your money.

This is also why people do things like forget their coins on exchanges or wallets or lock themselves out of their own wallets losing the keys. People are so used to having some upper power to turn to when things go wrong or as people always do someone to blame for what is going wrong. Without this people may feel powerless. Even more so when susceptible to scams. Bitcoin is so free there is little you can d if you are scammed.
Freedom always comes with a huge degree of responsibility and most people don't want to accept that fact, they want to enjoy freedom without responsibility and that is impossible, we are completely free to use our coins as we wish but that means that once our coins are not in our wallet that whoever stole those coins now has the liberty of doing the same, so it is our responsibility to protect our coins to the best of our abilities and anyone that doesn't do that must accept full responsibility when he loses his coins.

Often people are too lazy to do extra actions. That is why such a scam steals a lot of money. Lazy users who blindly trust technology are guilted

BITCOIN & USER EXPERIENCE

In October this year, Bitcoin reached its greatest price perhaps at $5,856.10 per coin. The need for Bitcoin has undoubtedly been fuelled by speculation into just how high it may still rise - and in case it is going to become the currency of the long term.

Many high profile individuals in the tech community are enthusiastic about the possibility of digital currencies. It was not too long ago Bill Gates reported, "Bitcoin is much better compared to currency in that you do not have to be actually in the same location and, obviously, for big transactions, currency is able to get rather inconvenient". But despite attention from several prolific business players, it is only some basic sailing; there are a variety of consumer experience problems which need addressing before Bitcoin and the ilk of its could really be currency for the masses.

DIGITAL CURRENCIES - WHAT Can they be?
Digital currencies (also referred to as virtual currencies, cryptocurrencies, tokens or maybe coins) will vary from standard currencies as they are not backed by financial institutions or governments - they reside online and therefore are non tangible. Digital currencies are made to be peer-to-peer, along with transactions in electronic currencies are supposed to be cheaper and faster compared to their regular counterpart. Probably the most popular virtual currency is Bitcoin, that markets itself as being open source, created for the general public, and then something which no one owns or perhaps controls.

read this article

Digital currencies are realized by' mining' utilizing complex mathematic formulas over a decentralised system (or maybe network), saved on a huge number of computers across the globe. Digital currencies are limited entries produced in a website, and that is widely known as Blockchain. Blockchain is the technology which underpins Bitcoin, which works like a huge log book (or maybe ledger) exactly where it documents throughout the Bitcoin transactions which occur. Because it's encrypted and spread across a huge number of computer systems, it is supposed to be a lot more difficult to hack.

It is not only Bitcoin that is out there: you will find plenty of various other digital currencies on the market. For example, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin and Neo, all work on an equivalent premise.
