A colleague of mine who have Minuit bitcoin has buggy me with chats and calls to update if bitcoin will survive this years, why can't people know what you're engaging into first before diving into it and start acting like a child. Different set of people are into this bitcoin, even people don't have investment are making noise of bitcoin price collapsing.
No matter how small the amount of Bitcoin owned by an individual is it is very important to the person that is why it is best to educate them properly about the risk of investing in a volatile asset such as Bitcoin. Bitcoin is gradually becoming an unapproved global legal tender so it is normal if people who don't have any Bitcoin investment worry about Bitcoin fall and not collapse because Bitcoin can't collapse.

Quote
But come to think of it many have bitcoin in B figures but you can't hear them making noise but people with $30 will not allow you to rest especially if you're responsible for introducing them. Bitcoin will rise when is due to rise, remove fear and plenty rumors.
I think this is based on individuals. Even people with lesser Bitcoin remain mute it is about how matured they are with regarding price fluctuation and emotional control.

Anyone who is more knowledgeable and has other source and have studied and understand Bitcoin rising and falling pattern will not panic about Bitcoin survival or afraid of Bitcoin. And if you're a investor, trader and you're panicking or afraid, when the cryptocurrency or bitcoin that you buy dropped I don't think you're an investor you're a player, a well being investors can not fear of the waving in the Bitcoin market. Only those who fall into cryptocurrency or Bitcoin investments without any knowledge or understanding the word investment, they just joined because they heard about Bitcoin, they don't know that the price will drop, so when the price dropped they panic.

People who have less knowledge and less experience with bitcoin will always be emotional and will be easily destructed by price fluctuations. Unlike those who have been investing for long and have huge amount of bitcoin in their portfolio, they will stay calm whatever the condition of the market because they know already that bitcoin will always be volatile and will never give a high fixed value. But in the end, bitcoin will always give us significant profits and that is already proven for those who have succeeded in bitcoin.

Those who do not have enough knowledge and provisions in investing will of course lose their investment assets, especially when prices are always fluctuating, making them even more afraid, and we feel that from this fear they cannot continue to hold what they think is to release their investment assets, mostly this happens to beginners. .

People i think that panic or fear loosing their bitcoin are people who dont have much knowledge about bitcoin, people who use bitcoin as their only income source, people who probably use all their life savings to invest in bitcoin.
Anyone who is more knowledged and has other source and have studied bitcoin rise and fall pattern will not panic about bitcoin survival.
Anybody bothering you with bitcoin update in panic, maybe you introduced him to bitcoin and am not mistaken, you did not mention to them the risk involved.

I have seen and witness people involving in bitcoin, most people can not stay a moment without panicking. I agree with this, if you're a investor, trader and you're panicking when the cryptocurrency or bitcoin that you buy dropped I think the crypto world is not fit for you. In any trade, you should know what will happen if you invest something and know the risk reward 'cause if you don't search about this you will panicking because of course it's money, your money.
If you do this for many times but you didn't learn any lesson out of those experience then maybe trading is not really for you. But that doesn't mean that crypto world is not really for us since trading is not all about it. There are other ways to earn so maybe they just need to find which of it are the best for them since if they could find ways like working to earn crypto then this is more better than trying to risk the balance taken out on your pocket.
I do not think so with your statement that said panicking when the cryptocurrency or bitcoin dropped can be a mark for someone who is inappropriate to crypto world. Because panic selling is triggered by a news of negative event, so people rapidly react for it. Panic selling can be a technique of trading that it could cut the loss earlier before being dust / dropped so low. Most trader doing this as one of their trading strategy.

Each of us is different and each one should be approached in a different way.
Someone will immediately understand the potential of bitcoin and crypto, invest some money and be aware that it is a risky investment in which he can lose.
Such a person will not be burdened with daily price movements, but will be focused on his long-term plan and goal.
Other people will invest in crypto with unrealistic expectations of getting rich overnight and as soon as the first major market drop occurs they will sell in panic and lose.
My friend didn't want to take my security advice and kept his crypto assets on a web wallet without extra protection and of course he lost everything. Now he thinks crypto is a scam and nonsense and doesn't want to hear about it anymore.

You can't blame them, many people are too scared of losing their money when investing in anything, I have a friend that firstly doubted my bitcoin investment journey and now she want me to teach her how to invest in Bitcoin.

After discussing a lot to her about Bitcoin I can still noticed that is she scared of losing her money, I just end up telling her to make up her mind if she's not ready to lose her money then she's not ready to invest in Bitcoin and moreover she should only invest what you can afford to lose.

I don't even understand how someone can trust sport betting more than bitcoin investment because she's into sport betting and she has lost a lot of money to sports bets, but I still can't figure out why she trust everything more than bitcoin because it is very hard to lose all your fund if you invest in Bitcoin, you can only lose if you sell your Bitcoin at a lose.

These are the kind of people who become panic sellers when the market starts dropping just a little bit. It's not their fault because they are fairly new to the technology and can't cope with the movements of the market since they have barely seen anything like it before, so when they see their money going down, they will probably panic.

You should make him understand and tell him that he doesn't need to worry even if the price drops a little bit since it eventually goes up again, he doesn't know that since he is new but you already know how Bitcoin behaves.

Because knowledge and experience are still lacking in a field that is being worked on, it is a logical reason if someone experiences panic when something happens that is far from what is known. I mean, your colleague probably still has very little knowledge and experience in Bitcoin, so when something happens including a possible loss it can make him look like a child who can't keep still from panicking.

But come to think of it many have bitcoin in B figures but you can't hear them making noise but people with $30 will not allow you to rest especially if you're responsible for introducing them. Bitcoin will rise when is due to rise, remove fear and plenty rumors.
You shouldn't equate a person who has $30 with a person who has a large amount of Bitcoin who looks relaxed without panic like I said above.
If the person is your colleague, it is only natural that you need to provide him with an understanding.
This shows that knowledge is needed in carrying out an activity including in the field of investment.

I think $30 is just the level of their risk because whatever that crosses that amount I don't think if they could survive the dip if the market just turned upside down. You can't compare newbies and legendary investors who has gained a vast knowledge about bitcoin to amateur what do you think would happen?
They will panic about every slight change in price so you must be very careful with the forms of people you introduced bitcoin to..

Most times is lacking of proper orientation or lecturing, this sets of people can never want to bring out their time to read information on what they are investing on rather than just focusing on profits aspect. However did even know what he is investing on?
Are you sure he fully accept the risk that follows bitcoin because some people may not know how volatile the market is.
If your friend calls you again, tell him to follow his mind otherwise if the price drop below his expectations you may become his worst enemy.

If those disturbing if bitcoin will survive are newbies, then I won't blame them for doing that, most people had the same problem when they invested in bitcoin newly, most of them know that bitcoin is not a scam, but they don 't know if it will survive the bear market, and if bitcoin price will bounce back again. The same thing happened to me when I started investing in bitcoin, during the pandemic bitcoin was down and I was scared that bitcoin price might not be able to bounce back, I was checking the market frequently then, that's why I don't really blame newbies doing the same thing.

It is always wise to walk away from anything that doesn't give you peace of mind, because it will be called dying twice if you developed an illness while still there and still had to be pushed out by force.
The fear of losing Bitcoin is for those who have either suffered so much loss or are yet to due to stories they have heard from close sources.
I can assure anyone anyday, that where one looses, there one also grows and learns the best lessons unto greatness.
Never loose hope of gaining from Bitcoin anytime. it's more steady with better track record of value and innovation.
Those who suffered so many losses should come to their senses and learn how to avoid the umpteenth loss. Fear of losing bitcoin is common, everyone is afraid of losing their money. But as users who already understand we must know how to do good and correct security. the experience gained will be useful so that no further losses occur. don't panic too much, stay calm and think about what is best for securing your digital assets.
Fear is always been on us if don't have these things...
- understanding/market knowledge
- Trust
-mindset

I don't have to wonder why newbies (or even old-timers) will be caught in that situation because of the lack of those things above. In fact, this is what I feel before when I buy Bitcoin. Worries can't easily fade away unless, yes when you gain experience and of course, when your mindset is really positive as this will have a huge effect in making a decision which is probably turning into negative.

The first thing you should do if they met you is to try as much as you can to educate them about Bitcoin, tell them all the risks involved in it, and also tell them that you are not to be hold responsible if anything happen in future because you only teach them and guide them through their investments not a part of the exchange or any crypto team.

And it is all about how we see it and trust Bitcoin. Because it was impossible to have peace of mind in Bitcoin if we don't have any trust and I was sure that with every drop and negative news we heard, panic will always come out, and unconscious of what we gonna do next. Because we notice that many people talk about crypto bad and good, and all of these things would really affect your mindset. I suggested keeping on the positive side keep ourselves undistracted from baseless information because we know that Bitcoin is growing. Of course, it dumps but rises back again that is why we have no reason to worry.
