- Provably scam, when someone join to buy ticket from you. At the day of draw, you will say sorry, it lost.
Nobody wins.
Instead of using https, you just use http and ask people to buy $20 fake lottery.

I buy the tickets at a lottery retailer - a physical store. All tickets are scanned and emailed to members. The lottery corporation reports if the jackpot is won in the city I buy the tickets. Would be hard for me to run off with the money. Also, the lottery corporation knows I am running a lottery group. They will not give me the money directly.

So we pay for your lottery spendings and if you win we get some money? What if we win big, my guess is we don't ever hear from you ever again and you live on a beach somewhere.
lol I think when he says we need to make a lottery group ,we will all be aware about whats happening and mostly this will be a shared account which will keeps all of us as members of the group notified.No one's living on the beach alone

"All monies collected are used to buy tickets" might as well want to rectify the grammatical error in the sentence .The website doesn't seem very professional for one to trust .As your saying that there is no investment or any referral fees or any ponzi schemes I don't mind trying this out.
