The situation will never be ideal and you have to know what are your options and possibilities so that you can use your best chances. Sometimes that means to buy and sometimes that means to sell. It's always good to watch closely at the market, to analyse and predict so that you can act accordingly.
The good thing about the bearish market condition is that you can buy more bitcoins. Thus, some investors did it and even made some FUDS to fully let bitcoin go down for more before they invested. For those who bought at the high peak this is their worse nightmare I guess, but for those who already gained profits. This is a great news for them. Im pretty sure those who gained profits are now buying btc and eth since its cheap. Now they are just waiting for a nice market then will profit again. However how about those who loss? Im sure some of them will still believe it will go back to its natural state but probably many of them quit now.

first of all, price is ALWAYS going to be "affordable" because you don't have to ever buy 10000000 bitcoins! you can buy a small amount like 0.001BTC too.
secondly those who have a lot of experience don't wait around for the rises to begin before jumping on board. they either take the higher risk of buying when price is still not moving and is at the bottom or jump on board the minute it started rising.

To me unlike the market trend bitcoin is always good. Till date this has made a big change in my living. Particularly when the market is bad it can be prioritized as the right time to make an investment. Only thing that I found bad about the market is that even when the market is bad it is benefited by the large whales while the small scale investors won't be benefiting big as they are not that affordable.
Once the market is in the bad condition that is the right and good time to purchased more coins but not all coins are good because they have some coins who are going to lose you more if you invest it. Once the msrket rise after bad condition good profit will be in you.. 
This is not a good thing for those who have fully invested already, but good thing for those who wish that bitcoin will dump so they can accumulate again.

There is really no way of knowing when a bad market starts or a good market starts during the starting dates, when you look back on 20 thousand dollars price and how it started to fall you can see the point where it all started to go down and than we reached all the way down to three thousand dollars which is an insane fall.
However, during those early days I remember distinctly that people talked about how it was correction and it needed to drop a bit to go higher, everyone believed price would go down to 16-18 ranges and than it would skyrocket back to 20 and than to 30, that didn't happen at all. When it started to go up everyone was calling it a dead cat bounce or whatever and not believed it was going up but look at us now a lot higher than what we used to be just a month ago. Its easy to look back on prices but meanwhile nobody really knows they are in it.

Unfortunately, the market is now arranged so that it is difficult to find objective information about how events will develop in the future, perhaps right now the least expectations are placed on information that comes from the media as well as other unverified sources. Trust your inuition - its a best option now.

Getting out of the market during bears are a bad idea to do because you can either loose if ever you brought your coins at a slight higher value or you cant earn big because sometimes the value can increase unexpectedly after a bear because people will start buying coins .
I think you need to buy when the trend is born to reduce the chances of losing money.
You mean buying at highs or during bull ? That does not cut the chance of loosing . its actually more risky if we buy during a bull trend because the price can probably collapse since many are expected to dispose thier coins to earn a profit .

Current market we can't mark bad as well. Since bitcoin growth is good we can buy some alts those are not yet recovered. By this way we can increase our capital/bitcoin. Obviously we should choose best and potential coin/token. Once btc was 3K people's thought it will go more down. They will think now why they had not buy bitcoin at 3k zone. However, market could pull back a little bit. I think that time new people's can buy some bitcoin whoever missed on 3K zone. We don't know when bitcoin will start bull run. There is possibility, just now touched 5.4K. So whoever want to enter they might wait for small pull back.

Definitely because that's the reason why market need volatility so that despite of the situation some investor can buy affordable price also. You are someone that is thinking about the long term prospects of the market and the profit that you can get with it but most investors are not like that they only care about the profits that they can get during the next week or two and for them a bear market is terrible because it means months or even years of no profits, then they cannot take it anymore and they leave the market which gives smart investors the opportunity to buy coins for cheap and get huge rewards when the market finally recovers. We are not going to have bad days if we buy now that the market is lower and sell when it has grown significantly. Every time we can take the opportunity even though the market is bad, it all depends on us in responding to the market, if we look together, the crypto market has many good opportunities. When prices go down we can collect them and this is an opinion that is easy to respond to and need not be afraid, must remain optimistic.
May people are willing to responds to any opportunity the bear market gives them but at the end, they still end up losing the opportunity to FUD, many people wishing now that the price could drop back to $3000, if the market responded to that and drastically start dropping in price, they will still be confused when they should buy or not, from there, they will the next lower value till they finally miss out.Some of the opportunity comes when we are not even aware of it , talk less of responding to it.
