You are wrong again. Merkel is the boyfriend in this relationship. EU sent/sending all the useless refugees back to Turkey for what? 3B€'s? That's the deal of the century. The other part of the deal was to give Turkey free Schengen but everyone knows that will never ever happen. You know why? Because Turkey started to give citizenship to Syrian refugees and when that refugees got their Turkish passport, they will try to go back to EU again. so...

Turkey has already received €3 billion from the European Union. Another €3 billion has been approved, and will be disbursed very soon. Turkey has requested additional funds worth some €14 billion to cope with the immigrants. That said, the net impact of the Syrian immigrants has been positive on the Turkish economy. There is a construction boom there, fueled by the cheap labor.

That construction boom soon gonna boom'd. Smiley

I wouldn't give my pingerprints to a criminal government like Erdog's tbh, but i would gladly give it to the Merkel's gov. Do you think Merkel is a criminal? I don't think so.

What is the difference between the government of Erdogan and the one headed by Merkel? Erdogan is Merkel's boyfriend, and whatever data collected by Merkel will be passed on to Erdogan. Still, I don't understand the purpose of collecting fingerprints and other samples. Collecting fingerprints from criminals and pedophiles is OK. But I am against collecting the prints from general population.

I don't think it's possible to avoid this. With every new generation, general resistance to such intrusions is weakened. People from older generations are the only ones who know/remember what 'freedom' used to be like. Conveying this knowledge to new generations, complete with 100% of the passion and energy is literally impossible because new generations do not have concrete experiences from that time to relate to. The 'old freedom' is a reality that never existed for them.

No big deal.

I am not saying governments are innocent as a baby but unless you are doing illegal shits, you don't need to worry about them having your fingerprints.

It might not be a big deal for you. But for us, who are worried about privacy and confidentiality, it is definitely a big deal. And you need to define "illegal shit". The definition of that phrase can vary from country to country. For example, in Germany commenting in Facebook against the illegal immigration qualifies as "illegal shit".

Then why would anyone want to comment against the illegal immigration in Germany? If someone wants to comment against illegal immigration in Germany, then that someone definitely wants to do illegal shit. Not that hard come'on.

I don't understand what you are saying. Are you high on weed?

Do you believe that commenting on something, which is in the news recently is a crime? Let me guess. You are from Turkey, and you are a staunch follower of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. Western nations are different (at least used to be different) from third world dictatorships such as Turkey. Freedom of speech used to be practiced here.

Your guesses are mostly wrong. I am from Turkey and i don't support Erdogan. Most important of all, i am an Atheist. And i still do think that way above. I hope that pleases you.

As a Clinton supporter I totally agree that FBI, CIA and NSA should have all fingerprints so that criminals can't do crime any more and all people with dangerous religious views can be monitored. Freedom must be protected.

What more to expect from someone who is supporting Hitlery? So let me get it for you. Every citizen should give their finger-print, blood sample, DNA specimen, retinal scan, and other details such as the penis length, boob size, statistics on sexual activity to the CIA and FBI, so that they can analyze the data and make the US a better place to live.  Grin

it is a big deal. it should be a big deal for you if you really give importance to anonymity and privacy. People can't trust a government to be a baby especially if you are a government official or politician and are using online banking application your iphone.

In terms of monitoring criminal activities this could be actually the right thing so there will be less crime rates but on the other hand this is evading someones privacy through their phone and wouldn't be allowed by majority because everyone has some secrets they don't want to share.

Well in that case they will all come with an eye scanner so that make it pointless. How far will they go to collect all about people will this ever stop. It will be really patetic before the Internet they also didn't know what people did in there private life.

Don't change your passwords too often, UK intelligence says Cheesy

Yeah... makes it a lot more easier for the British intelligence moonbats to hack in to your iphone and steal your private data and pictures. Had they shown the same kind of enthusiasm in tracking the potential terrorists, then incidents such as the 7th July 2005 London bombings, and the murder of Lee Rigby could have been prevented.
