I'm not investing in any NFTs right now but if I were, I would be buying them on NEAR and ICP, not on Ethereum. I think a lot of people learned recently that when gas prices go down, or the value of ETH for that matter, the NFT market on Opensea dries up and everyone is stuck with their ape knockoffs. Look up Tulip Mania, Beanie Babies, Cabbage Patch Kids, Chia Pet, and Pet Rocks.
NFTs are nothing more or less than modern version of old crazes.

Things are turning touch at the market, people financial situation is not getting any better (at least from what I see). That is why NFT holders might consider selling NFTs. You might be lucky to get cheap what in future might cost a lot more. But to search for a new NFT project, I would say that "NFT hype is gone", it has changed into play to earn or "do to earn" projects.

No, we'd rather just choose those projects that are really giving us assurance, the top listed coins are worth to consider at this time. The developments are making a great game, which will be like a Terraria. Also they said that active members can get an excellent profit from this project. I know this project. I am sure this p2e game will be successful and profitable. The project is doing a strong story and lore-based game. It's the whole Skyrim and lord of the rings vibe. The name of this project is "Reptile Chronicles", and I recommend everyone to take a look at this p2e game.

very true i also agree with you on this. The first thing makes me wonder why people are so eager to invest in something that is very risky unless they are prepared to lose their money, and I see people are very confident to do this even though they themselves know that it is very risky for them.We all see that all NFT projects, both new and old, many people say this is not a good project, and even if those people are really serious about this, then there is nothing wrong with them researching it first, and according to I chose a good NFT, good quality and very difficult. my advice if they want to invest they should not choose NFT tokens, because these tokens depreciate very quickly, especially with market conditions like this, it is not recommended, and we also know a lot of people are debating about the utility of this NFT token. .

What is all the hype around the Ape project I saw a lot of positive comments about the project in many cryptocurrency signal groups and to me APE is kind of overrated and this hype may be a game plan from the project team to attract investors to buy in into the project and thereby ultimately increasing the value
It is all about the profit, as an nft project, I don't see the difference between Ape and other nft projects. Only market speculators are benefiting by creating more hype to pump the price, in terms of utility, I don't see any utility strong enough to create such hype for ape coin.
Not just the project team only, the Ape community is mostly the ones overrating and hyping the project to attract more investors.
No matter how many NFT you find, the use is still the same. Most of NFT right now are used in games or casinos and I can hardly find an NFT that is not used in games or casinos that are promoted in Bitcointalk. By the way, what are you looking for?. What are your plans?. Are you going to invest in a new NFTs or invest in old NFTs?. Just be careful on choosing what NFT you are going to invest in. My advice is go with the hype that is promoted by reputable forum users.
You are right that NFT projects are just hype that will die anytime because of the trend of NFT being used by scam projects so that investors are fed up with losses, so it's better we review the top altcoins when the market is down instead of investing in NFT projects that have been abandoned by many crypto communities. 
During this bearish market it's hard to find something useful. Everything is dropping. Personally I'm waiting for a good opportunity related to NFT games to appear futurely, for now there is nothing to do, unless you want to throw your money on the garbage can... I see projects being advertised like Up Land, Gods Unchained, Age of Gods... Although none of them have real entertaining gameplay.

I have come to the conclusion that NFT, especially, is all about hype. Look at the Bored Ape series, just because it is owned by celebrities, the price is eternally pumping. Maybe its me, but that is ludicrous

APE NFT has a future? In what part? NFT's especially these Bored Apes are very expensive because many are willing to pay for the price the seller is asking.
I just don't know what is the use case of these NFT's. They are just random pixelated JPEG's or PNG's that are being sold online and it doesn't have any use case at all. Whenever I'm investing, the use-case of the token/project or in this case NFT is what I always see first.
If you want to buy NFT arts, I'm afraid I don't want to recommend because these don't have any utilities or use case at all. You can't use them to earn something or you can't use them to buy anything etc. Now if you want to invest into NFT project games then there are many out there. Just pick the most popular ones but still do your own research before throwing money.
