The mood which you're in affects whatever you're doing and whatever you engage in reflects the state of your mental health.  Everything we do in life is a product of what we were thinking about at that point in time and the quality of our outputs reflects our mental health status.

To remain very much productive and effective in our endeavors, one should take serious Care of their mental health. You should prioritize yourself and do things that make you happy and relaxed, create time for recreation and relaxation. Make sure to be optimistic about yourself at all times. Your failures aren't a reflection of who you're, instead its a motivation to upgrade yourself and improve your efficiency.

We need to understand that its okay and acceptable to make mistakes, reason being that it creates avenues for our continuous learning and we should stop taking our failure personal. You should learn that if you had a bad day at work , your basic understanding of the situation should be this:-
"I didn't perform like I had wanted today, how do I improve?"
Instead of
"I don't do well in work, I'm becoming useless, or I'm a  bad and incompetent  employee".

 Being positive about oneself boosts self confidence, promotes high self-esteem and keeps you mentally sound to be open to learning, upgrade yourself and perform optimally.

I don't dey check this op well well. He is not here to learn and only to post off topics thread. Op if you want to post quality posts then retrain from posting (mostly from creating threads) for a while and focus on reading other people post and anyone you know say you go fit make comments then do dat. Because you never talked about the core reason of the forum and even why you are here you never talked am. Please obey instructions to clean the local board. We don't have moderator now so we dey maintain the board well well. This is not health center. I discover being happy itself na a good recipe for mental health. So make we take away anything wey go dey make us sad or to dey frown face even frowning of face self dey bring wrinkles and make person dey old for face  Grin

So to dey happy na very good way to chase bad health because if you dey think too much na your heart the thing go soon hit giving the person HBP.  Solution na to dey do wetin dey make someone happy, go for check, avoid self medication and eat healthy.
Happiness is directly related to mental health, it is actually the key ingredient in our mental health. The absence of happiness is the reason many people suffer depression and all manners of mental health related issues.

As much as possible, happiness should be pursued. Our concern should be on doing those things that make us happy, things we love doing. We should endeavor to connect with friends and family because they can be very helpful in adding to our happiness. Memories alone is one good source of happiness. There are friends and family members that always make us bring good memories, these are the people that should be treasured and brought closer while those that always remind us of all the bad things of this world be avoided.

Prioritizing mental health is something everyone should do, the first step to this is recognizing the value of self-care.. This has to do with
Engaging in things that keeps us relaxed and adds to our personal growth... these might include
Going to the gym
Reading
Listening to music  and so on
A very crucial aspect of mental health is engaing in honest and open communication (therapy) ...talking to someone and expressing your feelings and also seeking support are ways of maintaining good mental health.

Taking care of our mental health is a lifelong journey which might not be easy for people going through depression..it's important to seek therapy.
Remember you cannot be productive if your mental health is unstable..your mental health is as important as your physical health

Mental health is the number one thing before money because health is wealth as they always said, any the will promote one state of health need serious attention because only who is alive and physical fit can stand to face challenges of investment or becoming fame. Some son have revive many son or music as it may be is very good to health I can emphatically talk brief about sual in the Bible who mental health was always revive by son or music play by David son of Jesse. In the case of exercise many who lack it in one way or the other are digging their grave because alot of body system need it to function effectively including the brain, it will make free from some laziness  cutting down words the affirmation such as exercise, reading music and all classes if things that help the mental health need no negligence as much good healthy life is concerned.
