This is true. The whole premise of going to court in the US is, innocent until prove guilty. Yet everybody who goes to court these days, is considered guilty until he proves his innocence. Get to court, sometime, as an observer, and watch how they operate.
We don't need the Federal Government digging into the State's recounting of the votes. SCOTUS already showed us this by not accepting the job right after the elections.
