The game is really interesting. When looking at people playing it, it might look childish, but when you start playing it, that’s when you will see the interesting aspect. I do try the game with my friends sometimes when we meet just to have fun, and seriously, it’s really interesting. People do gamble with different things when flipping a bottle. Most people don’t really use money to gamble, they use crazy things like food and other things. Food might be prepared, and anyone who flips the bottle and the bottle stand will be allowed to eat a particular portion of the food prepared. Seriously, the game is interesting, and it’s been played by both young people and adults, rich and poor, even celebrities play it just for fun.

Before it was cup stacking that made a buzz in the world of children games, they even made a tournament for that game on who is the fastest and now this, bottle flip. Yes, I have seen this a lot of times on Youtubers, Tiktokers, and other vloggers. It's a type of game that  had been making a fuzz in the social media department. But truly this ain't a new game anymore. It had been done by a lot of kids ever since bottled water was invented.
Now, I don't how this can be injected in a gambling site because I doubt they will but yes if two guys needs to break a tie this could be a helpful game.
Betting on who will flip it first could also be one scenario. I think the hardest one is flipping it upside down, standing with the bottle cap on the floor.

Is there any different between glass and breakable bottle? It is plastic bottle and the way Oshosondy explain is correct. You pour water inside the bottle for like one inch and fllp the bottle and make sure that the bottle stand and not to fall. The players can use money or only for fun. It is interesting game.

It is not hard at all and I can see it on many YouTube short videos. Do not mind that, I watch YouTube and I hardly watch TikTok.

You will pour water in a bottle up to one quarter (not glass bottle but unbreakable bottle). The more you continue to pour the water the harder will be the chance the bottle will be able to stand if you flip it. Then you will be flipping the bottle until it stands and not fall.

On YouTube or TikTok, just search for flipping bottle challenge and you will see many of the games.

As long this do mentions about money or having that involvement about wagers or something then it would really be considered gambling but its true that lets see on how moderators do see this stuff whether it would really be that relevant into this board or not, but for me then it is really just considerable since we are talking gambling on here. I dont really see this to have that 50/50 chance knowing that this could really be learned up and the odds of making that bottle stands is high and making out some betting in between other people wont really be giving out that fair bets because you do sure that you could really be able to stand that bottle or make it fall.Does depend on who would be the ones to flip and who would be the ones that will be making out such bet. It is really hard to be applied because if you do deal up with someone who could make out control of the bottle his flippin then it would be a disadvantage, unless if the rules would be definitely be having that changing up those bottles and the different amount of liquid inside of it then it would really be considerable or something that should be fair.

This looks like it's a game of luck, but no it isn't. Anybody who has tried it out would know and realize that after a few flips, you would be able to determine how strong you should start out to make it so that the bottle flips properly the way you want it to. Maybe if it was randomized with varying levels of weight and only like, two, three tries (with no practice), then it could become a possible game suitable for gambling, but eh, I don't really think it would gain traction as a gambling game. Might work on a small group though, since it is kind of fun once you get into it.

I know there's some gaming elements to it but lol to take it to the gambling world is just a new extreme for me. It was a massive phenomena too back in 2016 and it was all the rage on the Internet. Had some of my close friend groups actually play it in between classes and we'd link it with the "here come dat boi" meme as well for kicks. Ahh those were the times.

I'm not sure if this game will ever take the traction it once has in the past but if it does, this could mean big for people, but since there's strategy involved in this game rather than blind luck I think it fits the sports glove better than a gambling game, since people who are pro at this could just eat the whole class in one go for some situations.

Not the latest but as I grew up, I saw different activities such as cockfighting, spider-fighting, horse-racing, and the likes. Even with outcomes of an event such as winner of a tournament nd pageants to give you an example. Almost everything could be gambled for; it only takes two or more parties having different point of views or contrast belief of a certain topic. Gambling is not limited to money alone. As I've said it is about the consequence wherein you could earn something and lose something, depending on the outcome.

You can bet on any game. Any activity can be used for gambling and I have seen people bet on this game. The game is not as easy as you think and the rules can be changed to make it difficult. Like the level of the water can be reduced or increased. The surface the bottle will land on can be altered to make it difficult to win.

OP included that some people bet on this game, which means it is a form of gambling. Not seeing it on any crypto gambling site doesn't also disqualify it as gambling. Casinos can adopt new gambling games they think is okay. This thread can serve as a source of ideas for some game developers or casinos. My only reservation for this game is that it can encourage underage gambling.

Every games which involve a competition or challenge among different players is possible to be gambled. If bottle flip is an interesting and addictive play, I'm sure many people are going to have disposal to bet on it, however it has to become more popular first. Personally, it's the first time I'm hearing about it. I have never seen people around playing bottle flip on my country. Here people are more into soccer most of the time.

OP said that people are "sometimes using money to bet" so I guess we can still consider this as a form of gambling. Even though the game is not really new, I think many people are still not betting on it. And that may be the reason on why it is not included by the casinos.

The mechanics of the game is too simple but unlike other simple games, I can't seem to appreciate this one or I find it boring. Sorry OP but the game seems like relying mostly on the skill of the player so there is a potential to make money on it if we take this seriously. I can't only imagine if how can this work online but maybe it will be played live like sports betting.

I guess @OP could make a video explaining how kids and adults play the game in his place. Thus we can see whether it is included in gambling, even though the ones playing are children.

But a traditional game, as @OP said, won't use money, especially if children play it because the supervision of every parent in my environment is very strict. They don't allow their kids to gamble as adults do, and none of my kids use the money to play.

I've seen this on tiktok I know some may stake in this game but I wouldn't take it seriously like a bet on it. It's fun watching the game and seeing them take turns in making the bottle stand but this is not for me. It's just for fun that it can be done at a party where your friends are already drunk.

Op this game is just for fun and both young and old are playing it this days, I think the reason on why op dropped this bottle flip here on this board might be because he might have seen people placed bet on it in his locality.
 I think people are placing their bets on this bottle flip more especially now that both the young and old are playing it, this was how whot gambling started just from fun to stakeing of bet so I have no dauth that people are placing their bets on bottle flip now.

We have the coin flip version in the casino but that latest trend in your country used to be a trend in my country I used to bet against a friend but always lose I'm not really good at bottle flipping you need to give more time to practice the technique, I once saw on Tiktok about this bottle flipping where people are lining up to take their turn and do bottle flipping

Yes, this has been trending for the last couple of years, but not sure if people are really gambling or this one or just have some fun playing it. Although it can turn into gambling if money is involved and this could be considered as games of skills as well.

Like Oshosondy said, this is not a real gambling game to be bet on; it's not at any casino. I have not seen this kind of game in my country. The only thing I know is that this thing is trending on social media, particularly TikTok, and I see some groups of friends organising it like a competition among themselves. They can decide to add money to it to make it more fun, so that if you can flip more than five times, then you will have the money. Apart from that, I don't see this as real gambling. It's just something that can be done by friends to while away their time of leisure.
