Yup ref should be allowed if its not used as spam or if you are not simply creating a thread with ref links to get referrals here our plans was to reinvest ref amount for monitoring purpose.

Hi All,

Welcome to Bitcointalk monitor system which me and another user (supermoney) has decided to launch and help the bitcoin community and to prove our reputation among you.
