This site is free and to the furthest extent that I can see the information here is to some degree supportive even on the lines of exchanging. It's never going to be precise enough until it occurs after. It's continually going to be that way. If I somehow happened to pick a certain altcoin, it would without a doubt be in the main 10 in CMC. . It's difficult to say however by taking a gander at the market and the top gainers, Solana I believe is as yet in a decent reach.
The market has quite a large pool of coins and honestly it's difficult to pick out all the best performing coins of the week but from what I have seen from my coinomi portfolio or should I say my picks of the week will be bitcoin which rose from $49k and now trading around $54.7k and of course we cant leave out Ethereum which has done exceptionally well which rose from $2.8 and now trading around $3.5k and I have noticed dash and bitcoincash is among them too.
Yep, but probably only Shib that almost touching its last ATH this week, so i called it as the most bullish altcoin like what OP questioned.

That's true, but in this week Shiba is also classified as a token that is experiencing a rapid decline in price so it's not so long that it has been at a price that has almost touched ATH this week so it is well worth not recommending investment. Every trading site, at most, have a list of performing coins daily and weekly. Try to check that.
If we mentioning coins here, their performance might be change as we speak. It's better to head directly on exchange for that kind of information.

it has absolutely no reason to be bought but market manipulation makes people buy and sell stupid stuff so it is easier to convince people.
Not all people who follow it are stupid, some people know that the hype is the chance to grab money. The rule is simple, if you know well how to play the game, you deserve to join. We just call stupid people if they only follow buying without know well what they are buying. I suspect many experienced traders have been rich because of this SHIB hype. While the newbies become the victims. 
Almost all the coins that entered the top 10 of CMC this week are bullish, but the most striking are BTC, etherem, and binance, but if you want to start investing we must always take into account the risks that will occur because the crypto market is fluktuatif, where price changes can occur at any time. therefore studying and paying attention to the movement of a coin will determine success in investing,
Risk are everywhere and every traders should have it in there mind. The rate at which the the Bitcoin market is moving very fast is surprising and I think we are going it the moon if the market becomes more positive. The cryptocurrency market is doing well now all altcoins are trying to meet up with it to reach a very high level. 
Unfortunately Shiba and Axie were the two most increasing price ones so far this week. I say unfortunately because Shiba literally provides nothing, and it has absolutely no reason to be bought but market manipulation makes people buy and sell stupid stuff so it is easier to convince people. Plus the incredibly cheap price of each of them makes people feel rich when they have 50k of them, when in fact even a million of them doesn't mean you are rich, just doing alright I suppose.
Axie is not like that, it is still NFT and the entry to it would have been not that weird neither, I would assume it could have been cheaper if it was in another chain, half of all that expense comes from gas fee being high honestly. However at least Axie provides something, a game and yes it is silly that a simple game could provide so much "profit" to people but it is once again supply and demand working.

The most bullish altcoin of the current week is certainly Shibu Inu. It has risen to the 20th place on CoinMarketCap having increased by 70% for the last day. But what are the reasons for such rapid and significant growth? Actually, it is caused by one another tweet from Elon Musk. Old fellow decided to support meme coins again so he posted a photo of his pet and he succeeded in doing that.

SHIB price increased impressively, but it already dropped gradually lately. The highest price today was around $0.000035. I think it can be the highest price of SHIB, probably won't reach 400%. I believe that the hype of SHIB continues, but I suspect the price will have a correction first. A basic rule of thumb, any upward trend will be soon will be a downtrend no matter how strong it is.
SHIB is something that can't be pumped to up to x999 with only market hype as the reason. It doesn't mean that everyone should not put their money at the current price but anything from the current price or around is riskier to take.
An experienced trader knows how to play with that trend but for newbies, better not be drove easily with the hype or else...

my suggestion to you would be TRX, XRP, LINA, BTT, HOT. If you analyze them well and catch them at the right time
Do you suggest us buy these altcoins? Actually, these are good altcoins but not really sure if it is the right time to buy them. I think we need to wait for the correction first. The price of this coin is already increasing, so not really recommended to buy. For XRP, I think we need to check again the update of their case against SEC. If it looks good, we can buy it. But if it looks bad, I think better to buy another altcoin.
If you are planning on holding any altcoin I think the best way to do it is basically hold base on fundamentals and then watch the chart carefully if you plan to to check that and then take profit averagely and in a way you dont have too much regrets I think buying coins is checking and deciding based on your research and how you feel about the coin

I don't think there is a full fix yet.
my suggestion to you would be TRX, XRP, LINA, BTT, HOT. If you analyze them well and catch them at the right time, I think you will be very happy in the bull run.
I would recommend Ethereum and BNB for quick profits these days as we are having a great period in the market right now. I don't know if there is a reason but the market is like flying now. I wonder whether Golden Cross happened or it is just related to the volatility. I'm still not sure about whether this is a bull market but we all want this period to last very long of course.
This week is probably comes to SHIB, i saw the chart is really unpredictable. I think meme era already ended, but its keep spiking like another great project.
But for real project, i prefer EOS or BSC to be invested on.
shib made an uptrend because of FOMO and there's no big reason to stay high so probably that's why it goes back without any sign. Actually its not surprising because they're for hype only.. LolBut for real project, i prefer EOS or BSC to be invested on.
By the way try to check these coins NEAR, SOL, ADA, ATOM. Because to be honest they're really performing in the market unlike those what you've mentioned above..
AXE right now as someone points out how it goes against the current downtrend which is very strange. Most likely there is a manipulation ongoing for that coin since people try out the staking make the AXE circulate in the market gone dry, easily being pumped by whales. There was a thread in this section talk about this where I and a few others also think the same.

At the moment only coins on the smart chain are riding the wave of the moment, and some other few coins such as cifi conado and Bnb are doing well in the market, but the coin that caught my attention is the Hex coin it has sustained it the all-time price of above 0.40 for over a month and its market still looks very green.
