It's just a system error from the exchange place. not all bad blockchain technology. much to the benefit of blockchain technology in real life today.
When they hold your purchase in que for so long that the price changes so much that you have to cancel your purchase and buy it again because if you want that coin, they do not give you the option of getting it at your original purchase price. They do the same when you are selling your coin. They hold on to it until the price drops so much that you have to change the price if you want to get rid of the coin that upsets me.
we all have a frustrating experienced in crypto but look at us we are still here despite all of those problem, a good thing that we adopt is to keep on moving forward and continue support crypto currency as a good investment.
Even an local investment have a problem in running a business, we cant say all of the business run smooth, just need to solve those problem and continue until we succeed

i used binance and bittrex and i never have a problem. before using that exchange better search first if they got a good review so you can avoid them early on.
Firstly, before you attempt to begin at using cryptocurrency, you need to understand the workings of cryptocurrency! Cryptocurrency is suppose to be trust-less and somewhat self governing! The miners are the go between in peer to peer transaction and issue of confirmation can be complicated sometimes. But once a transaction is recorded on blockchain, it stay there and most likely your transactions can not be reversed!
For me, the most frustrating thing about crypto is when you buy a coin in a higher price and sell it in a low price when you have no choice.
And that is exchanges who are keeping coins/tokens hostile for a long period of time. When I deposit or withdrawal from an exchange often times it just keeps it in pending status. Now I'm waiting for an idex deposit, 4 hours passed. My worst case was a withdrawal at cryptopia which took 30 days.

I am not sure on the last post about suicide, but on all other totally agree with you! I myself tried to withdraw twice very quickly from an exchange like HitBTC and on the last minute found myself in trouble! As adding a new coin address can take up to 46 hours for it to add for your own safety. But I needed thous coins to receive an airdrop and found these news, on the last minute, as we say and I was very pissed off, as it happened twice with different coins on the same week! I was left out with nothing (no airdrop holding on my wallet), I guess it's my fault for not knowing the news earlier, but if exchanges worked quicker, I think they must work quicker this wouldn't happen in the first place

But, because of the dropped price, we lost our money. What make us more frustrating is that we owe the money to invest in crypto and we lost. Therefore, we must be smart and careful when going to start in crypto with no owing.
That's what makes a lot of users panic when the price drops, and I think the most in Crypto investment is not to expect big profits, if we expect too high it will be too easy to panic and stress.

Those problems are the reasons why I am always skeptical about sending coins to a new exchange. I would rather lose a buying opportunity than getting those kinds of headache.

I agree with you I have similar problems with this exchange, so right now I only do trading on my trusted exchanges, cryptopia has a lot of issues, I almost did not get my withdrawal the complaints are mounting, if they will not deliver and keep their support, traders will leave them.
For me the most frustrating is the price dump and scams as well, since this is made through internet people can keep own identity in safety, we can't blame legit projects, exchanges having problems but its our choice to pick the best place we do activities in earning coins.

Withdrawal from Cryptopia took 30 days? Which coin did you used? I am using cryptopia for the past two years, and I have never faced such an issue from them. However, once my BSD deposit was confirmed only after two weeks.

If we have seen how binance has been taking a action to the recent API hack on syscoin and the major exchange site give use the more guarantee for that. Remember the major exchange sites are giving back our money if there is a strange thing will be happening on the exchange site just like hacked case and any other case.

Yep, shit happen. Many people face this problem. The only thing that I can offer is to find out at what hours the exchanges are least loaded with trades, transactions, and try to withdraw only at this time. This should shorten the withdraw time.
