The premine wallet also staked 7 million coins so it also had 19 million all of a sudden.
The real wallet never staked.
There is no compensation for that.

mineblocks.eu stopped paying 38 mins ago. Anyone else experiencing the same issue? My wallet seems to be in sync with the miner though!? Hope I am not on a fork yet again
