But it's also important to wait for the right time to invest, is it really profitable to invest in August, or is it worth waiting for the autumn?

Note how the actual suite number is conveniently omitted from the address. This is a small shopping center in Las Vegas. But is very easy to corroborate what is happening. If you search for the name of this mogul empire owner MAKSIM ZASLAVSKIY and the address you find his business:
This guy seems to have bought every 101 domain out there. Here you find the Nevada registration of 3 of the companies he has made up:
