Lets join mintpal.com these are good guys and will see that a non premined would be the better choice,

Getting "No Block Source Available" on Windows wallet???
I had the same issue and deleted the C:\Users\****\AppData\Roaming\PandaCoin folder.. If you have coins already copy your wallet.dat file. Since it was a new wallet, I just deleted it and then re-launched the application.
Damn, didn't work
Already half an hour no block source availableSame here, i think wallet is not working for anyone.
Working fine here.
