Post when you start a new cycle. I am assuming that this is because it counts your past posts, so it's to keep people from posting once to join, then leaving the forums and such and still being paid monthly. It helps ensure you're at least somewhat active.
Well MPOE-PR said the average life of a forum user is 8 months so I still got 4 months left
I read it as you can lurk all you want for a month after posting if your vacationing. But you are unlikely to get paid after that month unless you post again.

Payout Rates
All coins are paid at the end of each advertising period. You'll need to reply to the thread again after receiving payouts to get next month's payouts. Some payout tiers also have activity requirements.

To keep it simple can my payout cycle be the 1st of each month and on the 1st of September you credit my account 0.0452, the extra 0.0052 being 4 days of July?
Sorry but that actually makes it more difficult to trackI assumed you saved a list outside of this thread featuring username/date pairs and could have just put the 1st down
