The biggest challenge for any crypto project is mass adoption and for various reasons many people still prefer the traditional method over blockchain technology. So, which crypto project do you know that has a real plan to expand globally and increase the mass adoption of your project and crypto in general?
Bitcoin has clearly become the most mainstream at this time. however, besides bitcoin there is still a potential altcoin ready for mass adoption. namely ethereum and binance. for ethereum is still constrained by high gas costs. maybe ethereum can lower gas costs so it can be like binance so that during mass adoption it will be able to attract the public

Every crypto project has the plan to dominate, there is just no way all of them are going to really start traction. They may hype a bit but after some time the hype will die. There is a way to really check them out and it's by looking at the dominance chart https://coinmarketcap.com/charts/

8 coins so far except the stablecoins that ranked from BTC, ETH, ADA, BNB, XRP, SOL, POL and DOGE.

There’s a lot of good project already available in many countries, its just that people are still not ready for cryptocurrency, they are still afraid to invest and to use it because of the volatility.

If the price becomes more stable then we might see them slowly coming into this market, I still see Bitcoin to lead us on that mass adoption and we are getting there.
That sometimes to think that adoption won't go that fast when the people who live around us will keep their minds negatively. There is no way we can move it fast but to see it very slow. Well, that mas adoption can't be done right away but for sure it comes when we all had open our minds and looks on the brighter side of crypto, not only the dark side of it. I understand that we care about the risk but we couldn't make it change if we don't try and see the results.

Well obviously Bitcoin. It's already going around the world actually. Maybe not that adoption that many people imagined, but surely it is the one that it is getting the attention more than the other coins out there in the market obviously.
People still prefer traditional method just because they feel safer in banks than in decentralized currencies.
I expect this since before as not all have that kind of appreciation towards that market.
The said adoption will it moves slowly and little by little people will understand how it helps to our lives. Education and full support from the government will help to fasten the adoption. Without such awareness and support, I can imagine that 10 years from now we've found no huge changes but to expect that many were still doubtful and had no knowledge about cryptocurrency.

The most well known project working at mass adoption is Ethereum of course. There are other blockchains that are trying in different ways to achieve the same like MINA for instance is just that these have not been around for that long to be so well know.

To be fair, it doesn't so much matter which blockchain makes it there first it is all about the outcome - making it!

The biggest challenge for any crypto project is mass adoption and for various reasons many people still prefer the traditional method over blockchain technology.
They will prefer it and it will take a long long time before a transition will start.
People prefer to use the traditional method of paying which is the fiat currency because they feel comfortable with it. Another one is that is the currency that all of us are accepting unlike crypto that only a few are accepting it as of this moment. I agree that it is the biggest challenge right now and its normal too that transitioning from another currency to another will take some time.
Bitcoin is definitely the way to go, there is no way that it wouldn't be bitcoin. All we need is a way to get into phones of everyone. The shops that suppose to accept it needs to actually handle this part, if we could convince more and more places to accept bitcoin or even any other coin then we are going to be doing fine, but it hasn't been that easy at all, it has been quite the challenge.

There are tons of people who are willing to pay with crypto to buy something, and there are not enough places that take crypto for giving whatever it is, so we do not need to convince people who spend money, we need to convince people who accept it, like a cafe, an ikea like place, a bookstore, a hotel, whatever it is, just accept crypto, and we will have mass adoption for sure.
Mass education for crypto should always be the first step so that people will eventually understand how crypto works and how it will be beneficial for us. Its hard for everyone to accept crypto and use it right away as a currency without having been informed on how to use it and how it can be an advantage compared to the traditional method.

Blockchain technology is definitely better compared to the traditional method. People cannot realize it because they are still attached to fiat because the government backed it up and because they are already used to it. Especially with older people who cannot easily adopt blockchain technology because they don't have enough knowledge on it and because they have no time to understand it either.

I think Ethereum. Ethereum in my opinion has succeeded in developing blockchain technology and many coins or tokens have adopted the greatness of Ethereum blockchain technology which at this time they have also been successful and those who initially adopted Ethereum smart contracts are now preparing their own smart contracts.

Why not BNB, for example? And not just BNB, I believe there are other good ones that have huge potential!
Learn about Bitcoin, learn from Bitcoin... how everything started! I believe in the beginning every new person was important, now Bitcoin is being adopted by big companies. It's the path of all crypto projects, little by little, place by place, until crypto conquers the entire world!
So which coin will get there first is like gambling, Bitcoin has the highest chances probably, but there are others with high chances too! I guess each of us has some picks, but only time will tell who was right! So don't gamble, diversify and have more than one coin in your portfolio!

The massive introduction of cryptocurrency will begin, perhaps, after governments and large financial structures subordinate to them will be able to take full control of financial flows. As of now, the whales manipulate the bitcoin market, so they will do it. Until then, there will be all kinds of bans and regulations.

It is definitely true that the mass adoption of crypto is still miles and miles away and to be honest i am also one of those guys that just see cryptos as an investment at the moment and not as an alternative payment method for my daily life. To be honest i don't want to spend the few fractions of btc that i own to by myself something because i see BTC as an investment asset just like Gold. There are projects out there though that are accelerating the adoption of crypto. For example collateral pay.
If you are just keep holding your bitcoin for the rest of your life, then how would you able to contribute to the mass adoption of crypto? Bitcoin and ethereum are definitely the most popular coins right now that are almost near to its adoption but it won't be realize until you start using bitcoin as a currency.  Blockchain technology has more great advantages compared to the traditional method but still most of the people only see blockchain as non reliable so they prefer to use fiat because its more reliable and backed by the government.

Honestly, the traditional method is still used by majority of the individuals because these people are not even aware that blockchain technology is much useful and beneficial than the old one. So if they can be educated about crypto and blockchain technology as early as now, then we might be close to its mass adoption of crypto.

I don't really mind that problem for now, because in my country it is still prohibited so waiting for mass adoption is still a long time and waiting for crypto to be legalized here first. right now you can trade crypto here, I'm already happy, especially if it's already valid later it will be even more useful.

DeFi will make crypto expand globally. Interest rates are below 0 in several countries now. Why would I put my money in a bank when I can put it in a DeFi platform like Spookyswap, Pancakeswap, or Ref Finance and make over 200% APY? Once people figure this out it's over for traditional banking. All you need is a crypto card and DeFi becomes your bank.

I have met many projects that state that they have an ambition to spread all over the world. Talking about ways how projects can make many people aware of their work is to run a big marketing campaign.
Marketing one project is not mass adoption of cryptocurrency but a specific currency only. I have not seen bitcoin-based awareness programs but altcoin specific events. It shows that developers only care for their own project but dont spread bitcoin's name while they take investments in bitcoin. Roll Eyes

They should attract celebrities and big partners.
Having a celeb is both good and bad. Firstly we have seen many celebs come in this sector and get ripped off their reputation because the project went bankrupt. We dont want more Floyd backed Centra scams my friend. In most cases these celebs dont even have the brains to understand what crypto is and how it works. They are only paid promoters, which is not a good thing IMO.

Because when the project tanks the real owners will go missing while the celeb will be attacked everywhere on social media.

People just need the time to accept crypto and blockchain. it didn't mean if they were prefer the traditional method over the blockchain technology. If you're asking your grandma and grandpa about this and they will be saying that if they will still prefer the blockchain tech but the different thing will happen when you're asking teens and they will prefer the tech over the traditional method. The development in the technology were running so fast. that's why the new generations will prefer to use the blockchain and various technology rather than still to use the old tech. I have been asking my grandpa about that and they were also saying the same thing like what you're saying above. The old generations were still worrying about the reliability of the blockchain tech these days. People should need process to adopt a new thing. This is also based on my experience too

If you are talking about the application of decentralized technologies in the real sector, for universal application. Then we need to consider a blockchain that can handle a huge amount of information, with cheap transactions and a multifaceted and easy to develop and integrate programming language.
Personally, I know that Near Protocol is applying its blockchain to the real financial sector. In order to make cryptocurrency more mainstream. After all, the capabilities of the Near Ecosystem are amazing in their versatility.
