A coin Poloniex is missing out on is Gulden. I would say Gulden is about 1000% undervalued when you compare it to others on Poloniex but it's being held back by only having bittrex as a main exchange.

Don't just look at Polo, the volume on Bittrex is getting larger and larger.

Next boomed market will be of totally new listed coin which Poloniex's guys which list there with ninja announcement. it may be xyz any coin but there are some hot coins. I will say Minereum (MNE) has saw lot of buying in last days where some big buyers bought tons of tokens at all time high prices. Some people say those were bought by Polo whales. Who knows what the reality is ?
My vote goes for ViaCoin as well.
I think ViaCoin will get a huge pump soon when segwit is launched it pretty cheap to buy right now. I also bought some 
I think LBRY is waiting to get noticed... Compared to other pumped altcoins, this one is still awaiting.

Coins listed on Poloniex have been going through the most outrages price increases. I recently sold dgb and put a position in syscoin, I think syscoin is a good candidate to be the next coin pumped over $100 million.

I agree. Golem has huge potential. All it needs is more people to get interested in it and it can boom. Couple dollars for this coin is not beyond excpectations.

Storjcoin might drop soon with the ICO going on for their new coin going at $0.50 per coin. The current coin is $0.65.

nexus will be the next one when it get listed there, they are planning to do so after the release of the new wallet, stay tuned for an aweosme pump to 100k satoshi at least, but i don't like poloniex too much there are many fake walls and manipulation, with their bot, some coin get pumped to crazy value out of no where, and it's like everything seems rigged
