Looks like the website is hosted on GoDaddy. Rookie mistake.
If you are expecting / inviting an onslaught of traffic you need to have a scaling solution, not dropping a website on GoDaddy.
This is why peeps hire them those hipster dudes on big money with beards and all to mind servers or apparently all the rage these days is a thing called serverless....
