Learning information on NEO is nice, I just think that the coin is a replica of Ethereum. The guys living in China should already know that it's kind of a replica though.With better ICOs so far with great teams offering real use case technology. IMO it has been less risk as far as worrying about the ICO being a scam but I do realize that is a possibility. Just following the chats and seeing the dedication the teams have has been very impressive.
NEO is a long-term growth project. The demand in the Chinese market is now being suppressed, and I think NEO is likely to surpass ETH in the future.
In the past, I have invested a lot in the NEO coin. For now I only sell 30% of my NEO assets to invest in some other coin. NEO is still an important coin for me and NEO will develop more than ETH

NEO is superior to Ethereum in several ways. But Ethereum is already a developed platform. And she is going to catch up with NEO on the characteristics in the future. Trying to overtake Ethereum will be very difficult. However, I do think that NEO has much more room for growth, even if it can not fully compete with Ethereum.

Thanks for this thread! I've been hodling NEO since the Antshares days. One of my favorite pick-me-ups on a low day is to claim 20-30 gas and go trade them for more NEO. I've been doing this weekly or so for quite a while and you really can grow your NEO stack. I love that you don't need to keep a staking wallet open like with other coins.
NEO has a few problems--it's way too centralized right now, for example--but I trust that they will work this out in time. It's a good project. As someone who creates smart contracts and tokens in various projects, I will say that you really don't want to underestimate the power of robust programming languages like C# over new kludgy ones like Solidity. The devil is in the details, they say, and it's so very true with smart contracts. The little gotchas really slow down development on Solidity projects versus C#, C++, or Java.
I expect that NEO will be the preeminent coin for smart contracts where identity is burned-in to the protocol. I expect that EOS or TRX will come to rule for identity-agnostic smart contract projects. As a developer, I strongly feel that Gen-2 projects like Ethereum will eventually fade in favor of the more robust programming of Gen-3 blockchains. But it will take time.

Neo is a good coin but its still on the development in its platform. Neo is way more better than ethereum. With its features that really overtakes ethereum. Probably, Neo will still stick in top 10, but surely I can assure, it will replace ethereum in the future.
Given that the platform involves a larger number of developers, it is likely that NEO would subsequently begin to produce a greater number of decentralized applications

I don't see the point in now buying this coin, now it is worth waiting for it to fall a little in price, and then buy it.
Neo is a coin that is popular in the world of cryptographic currencies and is trusted by investors. project team is successful and statistics are positive. neo continues to get stronger every day. in the near future will be the summit.
NEO is really a unique coin because it managed to grow in price for a very fast time. I want to buy some more of it..
