It somehow depends on you as well if your analysis says market will continue to bearish trend then you can sell any buy again at cheaper price So that you can avoid huge loss and book good profit when market will rise back. But in crypto trading we must have a good patience level in order to earn good profit and I also made good profit by holding in trading. I have total 1 & half year experience of trading and in my opinion crypto investment is a long term investment. Do not get panic of selling pressure be always calm.

I think i this situation, the best thing to do is to hold unto our coin patiently until the market recover other than selling when the price has fallen because there are some people who bought a coin when he price was very high and selling now will be a very big loss for them, I think it is profitable to wait until the price of this coin rise before selling.
If you are have a good amount of capital its time for you to buy more cause i believe market will soon bounce back and you could gain profit from it. But it takes a lot of courage if you already lose so much maybe hold your coins are the best way rather than selling it and lose, it will be better you hold it cause market are recovering. Downing price is normal but if you think the coin that you have not have chance to increase again you may sell it. But you need wise decision because once you sell your coins and the price increase you lose money.
