Do really want to panic sell? You wouldn't be doing any good to the market if we all are panic selling our token. What you should is to hodl your token and keep watching the market till the price becomes favourable otherwise you might even sell at lose if care is not taken.

I think the best to do now is hold and wait the price will goes up again because it's hard to sell if we think our money will loss so we know crypto have a chance to back in normal price so it's good to wait and the best to do is thinking to get a huge profit someday.
