yup maybe but such miner have to take big resources/disck space to be successful.

And what about creating 100 x VPS to mine Hotcoin ? EG. something like Digitalcloud.
At some price lvl that can be also problem.
Simple solution 10 miners per IP ^^to deter VPS farms...

ComPared is right, also, why not make it PoW + PoS? There are few ways to do it, it's not necessary to make PoW phase just for fast inicial distribution like BlackCoin did, there are projects with looong PoW phase as well
