Yeah, it's seemingly rare in Europe and even practically unheard of in the UK, but circumcision is quite common in America and isn't just limited to Jewish.
I wish I wasn't circumcised. A person's stance on it is irrelevant; all that matters is that people have a choice about their bodies. If the practice of whacking off a baby's foreskin is ended, I guarantee far fewer people would agree to it.

Eh? I think you misread his post because he didn't say anything that would suggest that.
He said he's glad he had his done as a baby because it really hurt his friend to have it in later life. It seemed to me an odd reason because his friend only had it for medical reasons; there's no reason to assume he would have had to also.
It is possible I misread that though.
