Want top-notch marketing for your project, Hire me
Despite how disturbed and spamming some bounty may look trust me you cant remove them from this forum because they are part of the cryptocurrency movement and I hope you guys remember that some of the great projects and altcoins we have in the market today once had their bounty on this forum (which Binance is one of them).
If it happens that the bounty area is flooding with spam, the next thing is a solution is not to blacklist or place a danger sign on the bounty section.

Didn't need reason for that, it's just that obvious. Anyhow, bounty hunters there and projects themselves just kind of cancel each other out. Efforts and payments there are worthless.
I hope you don't forget if we are to count the bounty campaign the project you work for will be included.

I agree that the bounty section is a litter of spam, who knows, maybe bounty managers in the next bull decide to run campaigns with less spam.

I realized that altcoins are the worst investment even though some of them are good most others are just junk and scammy, and the section that has been infested with this junk is the bounty market place where almost everything are posted there to be honest I don't see the advantage of that section cause recently it becomes almost impossible to fine a legit bounty on that section but yet the various bounty threads are updated with links from hunters who know nothing about the projects just posting to get bounty payment that some time never come and are base on promises from scamming team.

Who even trusts hunters when they are shilling for a project? isn't it worse when someone more influenced like Musk shills for Dogecoin? many have invested in Doge because of him and his tweets, I believe they are now at a serious loss.

however, I would say that fake promotions like bounty programs are not unique to crypto projects.

In other news, water is wet.

Honestly idk why people still do altcoin bounties. I'd honestly just rather work at McDonalds; far far more worth the money and the experience(social skills?). And I actually get to have a good excuse to leave the house!
That's good, but sometimes people have a sense of satisfaction.  Perhaps bounty players are happy to bet with the rewards they receive. The point is to bet that the prize will be money or it will be a worthless prize.
I think that topic is also still in one forum we should respect it. To the extent that what they do is still within the rules of the Forum it will not matter.  Perhaps the members get traction from the topic of making money from bounty. Although I think all of that is still ashes there is no certainty as to what they will receive.

Once a man, twice a child!
For what it's worth, I think the newbies you warn to stay away from bounty hunting are the ones who flock there for that same purpose. Participating in bounties gives most newbies and lazy posters that false feeling that they can earn something from the forum even without ranking up. This is why most users who do bounties hardly get merits. Their posts are mostly peopled with links and reports for their bounty tasks. I make bold to say once more that unless the mods and admins step into this issue, the bounty section will continue to be spam and scam hive.

Actually, scammers have found their place to enjoy and benefit from the market, and that is the bounty section. It is really disappointing how this section become the scam section but yes, nobody has been able to stop them, they are rooting already in the forum. Too much to see but this is how it looks. It's up to us if we ignore this or keep seeing countless useless bounties. But I'd rather not, I think we do some help by simply give giving awareness to the people about those projects that potentially scam.

I don't blame Altcoin boards or worthless token makers, I realize this forum was created to be as free as possible to discuss crypto, Bounties are part of a type of crypto called tokens, of course they need investors who are interested in investing.

Maybe all bounty hunters, must be aware, the bounty project industry, which is just coming out, most of them do it without capital or with minimal capital, they always expect from investors to enter their industry and make investments, for that for bounty hunters do research wisely before joining and advertising their project, In my opinion, instead of advertising a new project that is not clear, it is better if you want to continue to advertise for bounties, look for projects that have been listed on one of the exchanges, to prevent fraud, projects that are already listed your chances of hunters and investors are better than the industry starting from 0.

Bottom line: be careful about advertising new bounty projects, unless they have funds held in third parties.

It is no secret to everyone that participating in a bounty is most often associated with many alternative accounts. These people look like robots to me. Nevertheless, they agree that they are not interested in learning and further development or they are incapable. But they amuse themselves with their stupid tokens, which lie like dead weight in their wallets.

The section on bounties and announcements of alternative coins can be easily ignored, especially for those who are unnerved by them, and thus save your nervous system.
For sure you would see most newbie accounts connected in those Bounty campaign even submitting same wallet address to get the rewards in form of tokens or so called stakes according to their work. They just want to collect garbage tokens as much they can with their alt social media accounts and posting about them so they don't even worry about it as it's only newbie account so even if they get banned they would make some other. But evil fees is good way to stop them to some extent.

But still we see lot of newbies joining these bounty campaign but the problem arises when they start spamming on other sections of the forum just to rank up but as they lag the capability and knowledge they only make posts which doesn't make any sense but still we see lot of them on the forum.

I'm not certain about newbies but I think everyone knows about this section already as a den of scam projects. Though we can't say all of them are worthless but the majority. It is really to say see how this been going to happen in which before, many people got crazy joining bounties as pretty it gives decent rewards but for now, people are started to ignore this section and forgot bounties.

As scam projects have been growing, the more it gives a reason why investors skip investing in new projects, they instead choose the old ones as they are much more reliable and can be trusted.

Actually there isnt. For now, bounty for altcoins can be considered dead. I am once hanging there for good campaign but lately I find it difficult to find ones that are really worth it. So better avoid it. To be honest, there ate much better good campaigns outside of forum than the forum bounties itself.

Before its good but now its completely trash.

Those who still survive and want to work on altcoin bounties are those who are still beginners, don't understand what they are doing.
the longer they follow the altcoin bounty on the condition that they are retweeted on social media etc. it will make them bored because there will be no maximum results. just a waste of time.
To make it not the worst spam, the bounty manager should provide a special form and should not post in the bounty thread so it doesn't get worse.

work at McDonalds a good choice, fun part time job, can interact real with other people. Maybe I'll try if there is a job vacancy

I began to worry about our safety in the cryptocurrency industry,
When you say cryptocurrency, it includes altcoins and those new projects, that are still part of this industry.
Plus another factor is forum didn't moderate scam projects but as a member here, we can raise awareness of scam projects and post them on a Scam Accusation board with valid proof.  I disagree that all of them are scam projects, I saw there are few of them that become successful and give return to the investors.

The problem is that the bounty hunters that should stop promoting once they know it's a scam project.  Look at the 1xbit.com signature campaign, though they know it has multiple scam complaints there's someone promoting them just because to the dollar that they'll get.

Just ignore it for now and help moderators to fight and stop spam through these bounty hunters, click the "Report to moderator" button.

Since I joined the forum I never participated on that section of the forum, however I took a peek at it and I am not quite sure what it is about yet.
I have seen people around the forum saying the bounties are a way to earn some money while having a relatively low rank, so I felt curious I went there but to this day I dont understand fully how it is supposed to work.

Is it about taking on one's social media about an altcoin in order to get paid, perhaps joining a Telegram group in order to get paid? Do they even use escrow?  Roll Eyes

I'd say that if you do not like that section of the forum, just ignore it for now, I am quite sure that there must be a good reason for the admins to let that section to exist to this day. I assume this community is rather about punish individual wrongdoers instead a whole section.  Wink

Bounty boards are made for a purpose, you may categorized them spm, scam for alts and whatnot but they there for a purpose. If you are displeased about them, you can report those scam projects to scam accusation if you have spare time to do so or just ignore them just what above said.

Those boards have stickies warning people about the altcoins, but some people choose to ignore them. Perhaps most accounts participating in bounties are just bots. Sometimes a bounty project would have a warning about it being a scam or it having ended the bounty campaign, but still you would see such accounts applying and making weekly bounty reports in such threads. What do you do to such people? Just leave them to get scammed until they get to their senses.

The Altcoin Bounty section is made up of scam-related posts, and it is one of the reasons we have a large number of newbies on the forum. Most of those newbies contribute nothing to the forum and only focus on bounties. Although our senior colleagues here have stated that Bounties have paid people in the past, it is no longer worth concentrating in the forum.

The solution to spam in the Altcoins Bounty section is simple: Ignore that section altogether. That is what I think most senior members do anyway.
The good thing is that all these report posts are contained in one board, so it does not affect the rest of the forum.
