This seems like a ponzi scheme, fits the profile perfectly. I suggest you stay away from this one guys.

But of course it will continue to pay as long as people play. So if you get stuck, you need to wait fore someone to invest or promote the game to attract new people.

Might wanna mention ethereum on the thread title and advertise on the service announcements sub-forum, you'll get more attention there.
Do not send from the exchange because the profits will go back to the exchange's address. When you file support ticket they should transfer it to your account but why make things complicated. Just send from myetherwallet.com

It is explained in the rules. He gets cut on the transactions but it does not influence your payout. You are still getting what you invested +25%. Already did it couple of times.
What is the benefit to the game owner?
If you're having problems with transactions make sure you're using enough gas (250k should do) and you're sending the ethers from a personal wallet (no online wallet, exchanges or contract wallets).
