I can negotiate somewhat about paying a percentage in advance with accepted participants,

I do agree with you, this is the first smartcoin avatar campaign, so I do need to build up some trust.

But trust me, making sure participants get paid is a high priority for me

I can be interested in your avatar campaign if you make little changes on it.

Actually, I intended to attend your campaign 2 days ago when you give 500 SMC/week. However you changed campaign rewards 2 times first you decreased to 200 SMC/week and then increased to 1000 SMC now. TBH, I have some trust concerns with your campaign.
In first post you stated that reward will be given at the end of the month. I want to attend your campaign but want to get paid weekly rather than monthly.

Here are my terms:
At the beginning of the first week(Yes, upfront) ;     I want to be paid 250 SMC ,
At the beginning of the second week ;                    I want to be paid 500 SMC more
At the beginning of the third week ;                       I want to be paid 750 SMC  more
and at the end of the month I want remaining 2500 SMC.

In this way, If  I cant satisfy your requirements at some point we can finish the deal. Besides, since you dont pay too much in first weeks, you just dont throw away your coins.
In my point of view, I will get paid at the beginning of each week so my trust about you will increase when pay weekly. And when you dont pay I just quit the avatar campaign.

If youre OK with above terms I want to attend your campaign , just let me know.

i guess its so small i will interest if you increase the rewards

I did drop the price down to 200 smartcoins per week for a while,

but after consulting with other people involved with smartcoin,

I was advised to increase the pays again.


Therefore I am offering 1000 smartcoins per week, works out to 4000 smartcoins for the month.

To me an avatar more attractive than signature. And many people realize it. So its price has to be more than signature.

I do not think anyone will pay you 0.1 btc per month to display an avatar.

Sorry, but there isn't any point in you looking for work doing this, because you want to be paid way too much.

I would accept 0.01 btc per week.

Smartcoin is only listed on cryptsy and its volume is about 0.01 and the price is decrease day by day.
2000 SMC = 2000x200 = 400000 Btc = 4mbtc

I give my avatar for rent 0.1 Btc monthly. So at this price i cant even think about it.

Do you realize that one or more people might come along at any time and join the smartcoin campaign?

Only 50 posts for the whole month, that means you get paid about 40 smartcoins for every one of those posts,
just for having a smartcoin avatar displayed, and you were likely going to post anyways

Also, avatars only recently got enabled again, so this is bonus compared to last month, isn't it?

Last time I checked, smartcoin was approximately 185-200 satoshi at cryptsy.com

370,000 to 400,000 satoshi in btc.
0.00370000 to 0.00400000 in btc

But I am paying out in smartcoins.


This is the first smartcoin avatar campaign by the way, I am trying this out,
and some other people involved with smartcoin are likely watching to see how this goes,
and we will likely be having this going on again next month.

You have to fulfill your end of the bargain, to get paid

Rules:

- I pay at the end of each smartcoin campaign month

- must have the smartcoin avatar displayed as their avatar during the entire duration of the smartcoin avatar campaign that they are being paid for.

- Must post at least 10 5 or more times in each and every week of the campaign
- Must post at least 50 25 or more times in the entire month of the campaign

*note: posts in this smartcoin avatar campaign thread do not count towards your weekly or monthly post totals
*note: posts counts are meant to give you a rough idea of what is expected from participants, If you fall a little short on the week or month, I will still pay you.  But you do need to post, and if someone isn't posting hardly at all for a couple of weeks or so, then they risk not being paid for the week, but it is a high priority that I pay you for work already accomlished. Not to worry, once you are accepted, you will be paid for your work.
