They are a kind of practice matches to see where you are now as a team. A few teams have impressed, but other top countries have also failed. The question is therefore how much value you can attach to such competitions. There is a little more tension than in a regular practice match. Top players would rather not participate than do. I knew Spain and Portugal are going to win their match, cause they have alot of experience and quality players, and their opponent are not as strong as they are. Portugal victory against Czech Republic wasn't a surprise for me, cause their recent squad is more stronger than before. They were the favorite team to win the game, all thanks to them they delivered. I was so happy about their victory cause I really benefitted from it.
