Not all ticket buyers understand blockchain and what nft is all about bro, although it would have been a good way to create awareness among people who are not familiar with nft or blockchain.  They must have thought about it and considered the non-crypto people too. Not all members of crypto community understand how nft works as well. It is a gradual process.
Maybe implementing it as an alternative option to the newest way of selling tickets, if they have released it then non-crypto people will learn how it works and I don't think it's hard to know the details of NFT tickets. So if FIFA is going to release NFT tickets then big news based on the support for crypto from the world of football sports.

I think that fan token projects should take place more effectively in the world cup 2022. There are two strong national teams, especially Argentina and Portugal, with which Chiliz/Socios agreed and issued fan tokens. The Algorand (ALGO) project had partnered with FIFA. I think the ALGO project should also take an active part in the world cup.

FIFA could sell Tickets as NFT and ticket owners could resell it again , it could be never lasting business! Personally I would like to have one for my collection! What do you think?

The fee part would have been quite profitable as well. They do not need to do it like as a whole thing, they just need to do like maybe 50 seats each game, and if it is not sold then you would move to regular ones during last 24 hours and still get people to buy it.

Qatar is a rich nation, I am pretty sure that people will not go there from all around the world as much as people go other nations, and I believe that Qatar wealthy people will end up buying many seats anyway, or it will not be filled stadiums too for most games. All in all, I believe that NFT would have allowed them to not only sell, but also gain from each resale as well, even after the game is over, and FIFA would have kept making profits.

make it a collection but it's just a memory. If you only intend to keep your collection as evidence of where you have watched the FIFA championship, it is very good especially as a football fan. But if you want to do business with it that means you want to sell it in the next few years I think it's not worth it at all because tickets can expire so the tickets you have are of no utility at all.

Considering the fact that FIFA has signed sponsorship contracts with Crypto.com, which became the official sponsor of the 2022 FIFA World Cup, it should be expected that Crypto.com he will definitely fulfill his contractual promises. These promises consist in the release of exclusive goods and the opportunity to attend matches during the championship. All this can be implemented in the form of NFT.

This is a cool program, but the range of tickets in the form of NFT is not so optimal, I also have not seen it directly, whether there are tickets in the form of the NFT model, this integration will make a club or the holder of ticket sales rights not directly corrected and they are difficult To rearrange in the next match, there are indeed many ways to anticipate this, but Juha many things must be considered if this starts to be developed, personally I like that

Are we forgetting something this is FIFA, the governing body of the world, I don't think FIFA would consider something that isn't well world wide spread, FIFA still maintaining it's old ways is for everyone to feel involved, like there are people who doesn't even understand what NFT is and already see it as an unnecessary complications this might affect the wide sale. So I think FIFA always put lots of things into consideration.
I agree with you. There is still the problem of the global acceptance/adoption of cryptocurrency in general talk less of NFTs and FIFA/Football is a global phenomenon now so we could see limitations with FIFA on NFT tickets in that regard.

What happens is that when many see "NFT" they tend to be scared by the events that occurred in 2021, which was for many a lot of money losses, especially for investors who lost more than $15k believing in game developers who promised profits very millionaires

For the soccer world cup, the opportunity was not lost, because crypto.com is the official sponsor and for this it is very possible that it will have monopolized by that moment of the world cup, which will leave a lot of income for the platform, however it should be noted that the most important thing about this is the adoption of btc so that it can reach the whole world.

These days there are many related NFTs on platforms that are really artistic and lovable , at least they may select a collection of them and put them on the FIFA website. Is it very difficult for them to regulate that , boost this young and beautiful market and make some more money from this tournament!?

I don't even think FIFA will try to explore NFT in a short time. This may happen in the next years after NFT has become a global trend and this adopted everywhere. In my opinion that if this is not so important as FIFA can still sell its ticket used the traditional system. Exploring the opportunity on NFT will take the time and this can't be done easily in a short time. It's not include the time to test and implementation of idea. There must be also a way to mitigate the risk when using NFT as a ticket as something this can be abuse by buyers.
We will see whether FIFA will try to see NFT as an opportunity or not in the next years

They may have very complicated rules and regulations but minting a few selective tickets could be easily possible , and not a big deal , they are not to lose anything just helping a new market !

FIFA still has not fully studied the potential of NFT, if this is to happen then we should have seen it in international leagues under FIFA's auspices. definitely in the next few years, we will see this (NFT as a ticket).

How did they miss an opportunity exactly? Did you think selling tickets as NFT would give them more profits? Most of the fans would probably prefer a regular ticket they can buy for a hundred bucks than an overpiced NFT. That would not be beneficial to FIFA.

Yeah, but you know some of the business owners might still go with the traditional base on selling tickets right now. But who knows in the future, they might think of this idea. Of course, owners wanted more money, but it could be the old owners doesn't want to take risk right now when all the geo-politics happening around the world. For sure though, in the next 4 years we will see a complete shift to all crypto related including sports.

I sent an Email to FIFA but just received an auto reply only!
Your email will always be a spam or junk for FIFA. They will be taking the suggestion which was coming from the members of their organization and you must not even expect your email to be read by FIFA itself. This is a funny thing to see that if you have sent an email to the FIFA while they don't even know about you. You can keep your idea in your brain and it will never be a real thing.
You will be getting another auto reply if you keep send them email about that.
that's how it goes.

if they make this and make NFT a ticket then I'm sure it's not only FIFA who will benefit but also the buyers who buy the NFT in the form of the ticket. but I'm sure FIFA still haven't found the best concept for them to do that.
