We have a awesome new theme on site thats i think looks sexy as hell also i plan on creating a cryptocurrency section as the site grows covering pools exchanges tutorials coins and more along with some awards to go with these sections stay tuned

You need to pay for advertising I think until your forum reaches critical mass.  Simply posting here won't do it.

Also you have no Microsoft Technologies - what about C#, which is the number one OO language?

Cool idea.  Wink

JavaScript can be used on both the client and server, so the JavaScript topic should really be in both "Client side development" and "Server side development". One popular use of JavaScript on the server is Node.js. I think it would make sense to include this as a dedicated topic in "Server side development" mainly because there is a dedicated one already for Ruby on Rails. Also, instead of having a solo "MySQL" section, why not have a section for "SQL" and one for "NoSQL" and perhaps another one for "Graph" as there are a lot of databases out there. But, this all depends on whether the forum is going for a specific or more general route.

Definitely depends on the person Tongue I just find it easier to read bright on dark Cheesy if you give me a white background and plain black text I often miss several things for some reason.

Really? I find it's the opposite for me, I can actually read code when I have a black background with a bright text, guess it's down to personal preference or whether you're a right brain/left brain thinker Cheesy

I took your response as a direct attack on my credibility!   Wink

So I searched google and will now post from the first result I found.

However, most studies have shown that dark characters on a light background are superior to light characters on a dark background (when the refresh rate is fairly high). For example, Bauer and Cavonius (1980) found that participants were 26% more accurate in reading text when they read it with dark characters on a light background.
