Every coin has two sides so same goes with Bitcoin. Concerns are valid that it has no legal protection in most of the countries in the world but in the other hand there are so many counties in world with unstable currencies that it will good option for them.

I agree with your point. Every coin has two sides of it. Bitcoins only have legal problems with countries that have strict policies of managing cryptocurrency
Surprised no one here mentioned Bitmain, which seems to be the huge elephant in the room in terms of threats to decentralization. This may not affect price directly, but I'm sure its definitely cause for worry.
For me this is only a fake news about it,look at the bitcoin now its still recovering and the community of it was still increasing and increasing so for me the bad news about it is slightly bad causing about the price of it.
I think that these whale manipulators where behind to these people who wanted to drag bitcoin making some negative issues abut such currency especially by some media outlets. They make some negative issues to let bitcoin make a down trend market since these whales will be buying more btc at a lower price thus making them bigger profit once btc will make a pump again.
I apologize for my mistake, but in this case I include it from the news and articles that I have read before, of course in my own country, all news about the negative issue of Bitcoin explains that most articles say Bitcoin prices are getting lower due the existence of things like that, actually I also didn't believe that before, but news / articles often display negative things about the price of Bitcoin.
Lot of negative issues about bitcoin but still its price is keep on decreasing and increasing. This is the nature of bitcoin and for me this wont really affect the price of bitcoin in the market.
All issues about Bitcoin been here for a little while, When Bitcoin drops its Value on the market people react sadly, and when Bitcoin price value goes up another issue on Manipulation of the market? I'm not sure if in the future Bitcoin will be the digital currency that helps everyone in the world, but hopefully Bitcoin can be said that way in the future, a lot of negative issues that lead to bitcoin now, and not many people think that these issues are related to falling Bitcoin prices. Apart from uncontrolled price fluctuations and only relying on speculation, bitcoin is also not protected by legal institutions, therefore there are not many crimes found in Bitcoin itself.

Bitcoin is the most promising coin in a history of crypto and can gives a great opportunity that a person can earn upon investment and or in a crypto trading and with this, there are more and more stories created because of its popularity and some observers on this field makes some negative comments maybe because they have not yet experienced the true taste of what crypto can brings. I don't think those are issues of bitcoin. Phishing already exist even before bitcoin, paypal was being copied over and over and send to paypal users every time. There are probably more people victimize by phishing with paypal pages than with bitcoin online wallets and phishing page of this forum itself. Scammers exist way before bitcoin, its also the problem even with fiat.
I don't know the reason why but You should analyse both side of each problems, not only focus on negative one
If scammers are scamming peoples via bitcoin than their is no effect for bitcoin price and everyone know bitcoin market is volatile because of Demand and supply so price movement is possible. but now many peoples spreading negativity who don't like bitcoin and blockchain technology but always bitcoin give a big slaps to their hatters when price go high.

"Not safe" from what? Bitcoin is an "investment instrument" that cannot be taken away from you by the government. It is one of the most secure and safest.
Maybe your problem is with the "Bitcoin market", not in Bitcoin.

Bitcoin does not need "legal institutions" to be protected. It is all "institutions" that do not adapt that need to be protected from Bitcoin.
I can not say anything, it is already the case, but I applaud the power of bitcoin, behind the issue of negative issues that hit bitcoin, bitcoin prices are always high. Governments in each country should make legal regulations related to the use of bitcoin.

no bitcoin price didn't go down because some scams have been happening. it is the other way around. meaning because bitcoin price went up and bitcoin became more popular, more people came in some of which were scumbags so the number of scams grew more.
otherwise investors in bitcoin aren't going to sell their bitcoin just because somewhere someone found some gullible people and filled his pocket using them.
