Its because everyone can launch his ICO (thanks to Ethereum blockchain), there is no central body that can stop someone from launching his ICO.

ICO history is filled with so many scams and fraud. No one can safeguard your investment in ICO except you. Do proper research before you invest in any ICO.

I like your turning point, you all correctly said "demand generates a proposal". But we really do offer a lot of fraudulent projects. You need to be careful not to fall victim to fraudsters and not invest in their project.

We can not avoid the growth of many ICOs because this is the best way to collect fund for their respective project that want to come to succeed. And of course this is the very reason why investing in ICO is at high risk because some are scam, some is not successful though not scam but wasn't able to rich the soft cap. So we as an investor should really be very careful in trusting our money to the team of the project.

Investors and supporters are now wise, I'm sure they have their own criteria what kind of Ico they are going to choose, we have so many investors in the ICO now, because they are diversifying their portfolio, I'm sure that they will invest in the right ICO even if there are a lot of ICO IN THE SEA

Because the number of investors are increasing very quickly while all ICO project has it own hardcap so 1 or 2 ICO project are not enough for all investors to invest in

We have to admit it that ICO is the best way of making money out of nothing. Just present a concept of a project and team members then you are good to go. Sadly ICO is just a milking cow for scammers who take advantage of the anonymity of cryptocurrency.

One of the major reasons for the explosion in ICOs is that it is an easier way for companies to raise money.The unregulated nature of crypto is both good and bad. There are many icos now because everybody wants to make profit irrespective of how it come, nobody wants to be pushed around, everyone wants to become their own boss and be in control thereby leaving their loyalty and then result to anything that can fetch them money. If only people can take time to bring up a very good project, get good and sincere manager and team members and also try to leave their selfish mind, then, ico will really worth investing in. The rate of sacm is so much and that make it difficult to convine yourself of investing in one because nobody wants to be a victim of scam. We can all join hand and work together to eliminate some if not all bad projects and support the d good ones.

There are not too many ICO-s out there. Start-ups are founded everywhere around the world, many of them just getting realize that raising fund through crypto is the best way, instead of capitals.
