To those of you above who said it's a normal swing. Have you noticed that we had a big dump on 2 August and the price was pumping for a few days before. Now we had the price pumping for and again on 2 September there's a dump.

Somebody could say there's a pattern. Smiley

I wish the bitcoin price would break the $ 12,000 threshold. But looking back at how it has remained amid the crisis of the pandemic. I think that Bitcoin is showing signs of favorable times to come. For which I am optimistic and grateful with bitcoin. Without there still being a massive adoption, I need it in my day to day.

This totally gives a good hope since eventhough the pandemic hit the economy badly still it shows a strong sign of its dominance. But we shouldn't be worried since for sure we will see some $12,000 in figure since the hype still not been fire out and we might gonna see some strong movements by next year.
On the march to 11K now but not really a dump I guess, just a daily swing in my opinion so don't get panic and start selling just buy more or just keep holding if you don't want to see the price in red again.

Bitcoin will go to moon soon.....

Yeah its just a normal swing but many people get panic already and guess they will be the one who lose there money for their actions.

But the price has crashed again to 11400 USD,

its not really a crash, its within the upper range and just holding there is quite bullish still.    I think today can be seen in the dollar index which gapped up and shows generally that many prices would be under pressure compared to previous days trading but even this measure is lower then August start and that would relate to a fairly safe trade within this upper area.
The longer it holds way above 10500 and in fact 11111 held I think its quite positive that it can gain further.   It'll only really alter price alot if a trend forms in either direction.

Its just really a price swing or a sell-off but people do see these almost 1k swings as a dump and this is where panic would come next specially if they do saw that it would really be heading down
from 12k to 10k+ price.

Is this something new? If you've been here on this market then this would be a typical movement and we cant just see a market that would continue to rise. There's always a point on where people do
plan to sell.

We have seen it did reach 12k but didnt last that long just like on what we saw when we do tend to break 11k and this would be the same story on each price level.

Did you able to see on how bitcoin price movement amidst of the pandemic situation? I dont see for it to be that in correlation.

But the price has crashed again to 11400 USD, I am of the opinion that most likely people are dumping BTC for DeFi projects as it is the one on the radar now. I hope we can get to an all-time high this year

I don't know if I'm looking at a different chart but Bitcoin using tradingview right now is priced  at 11,450$, yes Bitcoin had gone up at 12,000$ but it didn't stay at that level very long since it closed the day at 11,660$. Like I have been telling for several days now it doesn't matter how quickly we push the price and how big it is as long as we have weak volume our price surge will just be a surge and nothing all.

Go that Bitcoin is giving good news, the $ 12k is a warning of the good movement that is coming bullish style, last night reviewing it had an excellent volume to go up, of course most of the movements reviewed from tensorcharts.com were seen with purchases and purchases , this pullback may mean that they are waiting for the best time to go back to looking for the price at $ 12.4k to $ 12.8k, of course, it is all to wait patiently.

Yes, not bad specially on how we start this 2020, I would say that $12k is just a number that we need to get over. Maybe not today again, but there is not a number that bitcoin doesn't overcome, just another test that we need to overcome. Year-to-year we have seen so much growth, so let's just wait till we break that big psychological barrier of $12k.

I'm all right with us breaking the tide again and again at this level. I always said that the 9k to 10k, and conversely, the 10k to 11k range were largely meaningless rides in between, the real barriers were at 9k, and then 12k. So the fact we've actually been holding close, even after profit-taking, I'm totally okay with it.

As expected there goest bitcoin again doing its naturalistic volatility. That's very unfortunate to those who longs it in the future it was easy liquadated good for those who short. I played neutral and pour it instead on YFII and some are on stable coins.

Up and down we go. The true neutral doesn't see any of this and is only waking up when current ATH is revisited;)

Not quite the dreamy heights every other defi bastard is enjoying, but I'm definitely taking this as a good sign, retracements recovering fairly quickly, and moving to weekly higher lows, when we see the higher highs come together in a string as well, that's the steady momentum we've been waiting for. Not bad, Bitcoin, not bad.

History will repeat itself, its like 2017 again the same month when bitcoin started to pump, from 8k to 20k, but now from 12k to $30k. It gives me goosebumps.

If it holds on september, october will be the next 2017 Wink

People need not to panic sell evrerytime they see the price going down and the market red. 12k is a decent price that can give us a new ATH in the coming months.

It's about time we reached back to it.

I wonder how long we can stick to that price since we can actually see how hard it is to reach such a price. I think it would just drop so quickly because of the resistance to it, maybe let's wait again before the price reached that price again and might break higher price, maybe $12.5K or $12.6K at the end of the year. The price goes back to $11.8K at the time this was posted.

As of this writing, 2:45 Eastern, USA, she's at $12,000 again.

Cool
I didn't surprised that Bitcoin reached the $12,000 price again.
What did surprise me is that Bitcoin already has a gender (she) Cheesy.

Anyway at the time I'm posting this, Bitcoin is below $12,000 and again it is expected since many are dumping at the $12,000 price.

If it holds on september, october will be the next 2017 Wink
Nope it will not. Hyping Bitcoin?? That will not work right now dude Tongue.

Good price to pull some profit from Bitcoin in my opinion. Most traders and holders are probably thinking the same and most likely will watch the market a little bit and sell which will reduce price at $11,000 level again (Not unless Bitcoin can hold the $12,000 which then we will have a prosperous year even with the pandemic).

Yeah it need to break that $12.4k support first from August, right now I think it is safe to be at neutral phase I think I may avoid futures and alts as well, focus is on bitcoin by now because when it falls most alts as well. I think fundamentals is good to lean on right now.

Yeah mean we need to break that $12.4 resistance, because that's the price the most traders are selling and make a profit. So everyone just stay calm, it seems that the price is not really holding as of the moment. Let's wait till the end of the week and see how it goes.

Let the market run thru it's normal course, we still have months to go before the end of the year and maybe we can see the price higher than $14k, for all we know.

Every speculator: $12,000 is an important threshold, and when the price crosses/touches/maintains/... $12,000, it is going to the moon.
Me: So, you think $12,000 is special for some reason?
Every speculator: No, but everyone else does, so it's definitely going to the moon.
