Increase your activity and become a member fast. if you do not want to remain as a Newbie. As a member, you get access to the good signature bounty.
There is no way(need) to increase your activity fast, the forum has a system in place and users must spend a specific number of time in a rank before being able to rank up. Signature bounties are good but should not be the sole reason why you post, so as not to spam the forum with low value contributions.

A newbie creating a merit giveaway to another newbies is very unusual. Sorry for the term but I am just concern to what other people can say to what you are doing. There is a great tendency that you will be accused of merit begging in a form of a merit giveaway. I cannot blame the happiness that you feel but it is too early to celebrate it just yet.
3 smerit is only a small amount, you can just search quality posts passively when you are roaming around the forum.

Even I came ahead into giving away all my merits once, after getting some earned and some already in my bag as airdropped merits. It is their wish to keep the merits they got as a donation, or to give them away to other newbies. I am also not happy with what OP is doing here because, even if they want to do good, they should have waited at least till they have got a status on the community with probably higher number of merits, so not just merit is set as the main element here but OP will set an example through their work that newbies can earn with their efforts so no need to beg.

Another thing is that no newbie applied here and show their quality post to get merits. I wonder why there is no one applying here to get the merit ?

Many Merit sources and high ranked members who have so much Smerits have tried to help newbies by starting merit giveaway threads to encourage them and stop them from complaining by just posting any link(post)of theirs they feel should have been merited.
But sadly many of those threads didn't live up to the expectations of those who started it. Now you are just a newbie with five Smerits, I would not encourage you to start merit giveaways, you could be misunderstood to be merit hunting, that's if you are not, and also you do not have much smerits to give out, so entries would be very few, if you want to merit newbies, find their posts as you read around the forum and merit them.

I joined this forum on 05 December 2019.
You already gained 10 Merits in 10 days on this forum. You are an real inspiration to the newbies and Jr member who feel getting merit is difficult. If you keep up with this pace, you will reach Full Members and further as soon as your activity gets completed. Another quality poster Joins this forum.
Also you want to spent your smerits which is another great initiative from a Newbie. I haven't seen any newbie started a thread to give merits to others.

Yes, you're still newbie but you are already eligible to rank up to member rank and you only need activity points for that but as of now your still newbie rank. This is why newbies shouldn't lose hope of not earning merits because it is not impossible to achieve if you work hard to achieve it. I have merit contest for newbies to member rank too but sadly still no other participants yet.

I joined this forum on 05 December 2019. I have earned 101 merits with the cooperation of everyone. I am so grateful to everyone for this. Now I want to distribute my sMerit to eligible posts. This is why this thread was created. I just want to give the newbie a chance to gain merit. Because I'm a newbie too. So I understand the newbie's hardship.
