I dont care anymore on what would be their stance and its true that it would really be depending on Elon on what would be his stance. If he goes positive then its good but if its negative then we dont really care it.
That's the simplest thing so far, because Elon musk is well known like someone who doesn't appreciate or recommend the existence values Bitcoin, so for Tesla to adopt it's transaction with bitcoin is under probability, that's while so much like what you portray, if it wishes to use bitcoin in positive way of attachment with it's Tesla, it's nice and if it refuses to use it, it's also nice.

This is decision of Tesla, so when emphasising on this, or suggesting on this kind of thing, i may say it's a decision of assumptions, because it maybe and it may not, because we can not read what's Tesla mind or the next agenda before we come into conclusion, because we all known that Elon dislike the existence and massive adoption of bitcoin, rather it promotes another coin that will subdue the existence and the validity of bitcoin.
Honestly, im already tired on speculating or giving off some words in related to Elon and its companies been owning or running on what coins would they tend to adopt or integrate in.

We have seen that this like a ferries wheel on which decisions could really be depending whether they are going against or being positive towards Bitcoin integration.

I dont care anymore on what would be their stance and its true that it would really be depending on Elon on what would be his stance. If he goes positive then its good
but if its negative then we dont really care it.

It was a business on his side, and I think it has something to do with his solar powered Tesla as he is pushing it on the market. And bitcoin mining, supposedly has a negative impact on the environment. So he went from a hero to anti-hero in less than a year for bitcoin enthusiast. He lost his influence and now back on the headline with his Twitter acquisition. Now, we've seen that media is putting his name on the front page with this "Tesla accepting BTC" again, nah, I don't think he will, if he did, then obviously he will have his narrative again, (maybe to manipulate the price?>)

Elon Musk is cunning. It seems to me that the cancellation of bitcoin payments was done specifically in a market drop. He has manipulated the price of bitcoin and doge many times, so I'm sure he was just manipulating the market that time too. The main thing in this whole story is that Tesla did not sell the bitcoins that were mentioned in its financial statements. I think it's a bit strange to talk about bitcoin not being environmentally friendly and refusing it, but at the same time not selling it.

I am also curious about Tesla, about their move before when they start to accept Bitcoin later on suspended it.
Besides that, they are holding Bitcoin too, so if they have a problem with accepting Bitcoin as payment then why they are holding Bitcoin? So for me, there are other reasons behind environment-related reasons.

Farewell, Leo
Elon Musk decided to temporarily suspend this asset until BTC mining made the decision to produce with renewable energy.
It already is, it's just not 100%. The reason he no longer accepts bitcoin is clearly not because of this. His agenda, back then, had a dog face. So, he will either accept it again, after he's failed with the dog coin and since he's invested billions to bitcoin, or he'll just keep it suspended. I bet the former. Also, he said that Dogecoin is a less environmentally damaging asset than bitcoin while it's a fork of it. This utter nonsense confirms he's behaving manipulatively.

Ultimately, he accepted bitcoin, then bought a shitload of bitcoins, then stated that it's suspended as it's not working ethically enough (?) and moved towards dogecoin. Come on, be serious.

To be honest, I couldn't care less about what tesla or Elon Musk will do in this regard.
Me either.

Whether they tell that they would accept it again for payments, that's good. But if not, it's totally fine and we don't mind what they do as they also hold a large amount of holdings.

Basically, that's what Tesla is doing for bitcoin.

They've been treating it as their asset, no other than that unless they're ready to accept it again.

I don’t think there’s any question that Tesla will accept Bitcoin again. This is something I was recently taking about with a few in this industry with a lot of “know how”. Many of them think Elon will remain stubborn and continue to support Doge, but I think now that he and Jack have gotten so close that Jack will talk him in to giving up on worthless doge and focus on just bitcoin.

between bitcoin and tesla i don't think there is any influence that worsens the price of bitcoin further, i don't believe what Elon said because he was the one who made bitcoin fall

At first fossil oils was the reason to drop whole idea with Bitcoin, now nothing has changed that Tesla would use. Do you really buying this people? Another poor act of speculation by a small social media page. I see that Elon Musk is not forgotten in this topic also. I think Elon is less interested in crypto than he was in 2020. He would rather troll us with dogecoin again, then be serious with Tesla and Bitcoin.

Tesla actually back stepped due to the controversies erupted after they decided to use bitcoin as a payment method. Since Tesla is a producer of electric cars, they will always try very hard to defend their image of an environment friendly company. That's their USP. When they had faced a fair share of controversy because environmentalists are constantly trying to raise concerns around the usage of fossil fuel for bitcoin mining.

I don't see Tesla will resume its bitcoin acceptance anytime soon. But they might look at some POS coins to put the controversies to rest.

Not Your Keys, Not Your Bitcoin
To be honest, I couldn't care less about what tesla or Elon Musk will do in this regard.

I suppose that if it accepts payments again it will be in the news and maybe it will have some influence on the price but I don't think it will be anything like the first time when it announced that it not only accepted payment in bitcoin, but that it was also going to buy for its reserves.

On the other hand, does anyone believe that even if bitcoin payments are accepted, many Teslas will be bought that way? I don't think so. Even if I had bitcoins to spare, I wouldn't do it.

For the company(Tesla) to decide to put some of the reserve cash into bitcoins shows that the cycle of the board members are having an interest in bitcoin and for this, they decide to make bitcoin an additional option for Tesla car purchases but you know, bitcoin has been a state of confusion with some governments officials, seeing the energy used in mining is going to get them into trouble and possibility of been fine, that's why they decide to drop it, Tesla wouldn't have change mind if bitcoin is an already accepted currency worldwide even if what they said is true.

Have you been to a Gold mining site? don't you see how these guys used dynamite to spoil environments, they also used mercury and cyanide in gold mining operations which are very harmful to the environment but do governments discusses this? No! They wouldn't because that's their place of interest.

At the bolded, Whats the point of holding Bitcoin forever, there are some holders who were privileged to hold bitcoins right from when it was around some scents and a dollar and they are still holding, if today anyone needs a car and they don't have the means to buy but they have millions in bitcoin, what's the big deal to spare some dollars to buy a car for your self. It's good o have a feeling of what it is to be a holder, not to hold forever and die for nothing.

I don't request loans~
He can do whatever he wants tbh, pretty sure it's rather easy for him to do so considering the fact that his initial decision of removing Bitcoin from allowed payments was already for his pump and dump schemes, I don't think anyone would be confused if he ever went back to Bitcoin, whether it really be because of Bitcoin going green or not (since he only really used it as an excuse imo). Not to mention that even if he did, it'd only do small waves.

And tbf, Elon (Tesla) accepting Bitcoin was big back then because they were one of the first.

The decision of Elon accepting Bitcoin as payment for the Tesla cars is left to him and he can decide to do whatsoever he likes. One thing I've observed from Elon is that he can be deceitful sometimes just to get whatsoever he's looking for. The first time, he said he would love to accept Bitcoin as payment for Tesla cars, later he said Bitcoin mining and transactions emit too much pollution to the environment and can't be used. Now he may be planning to accept Bitcoin again. What can we say about this? I think he is confused and he needs to plan his words before bringing them to the public.

It was never about the fossil fuels and Telsa does not care that much about the environment, as they say, that action of stopping the acceptance of bitcoin was from the Elon Mask if you pay attention to his Twitter account just after stopping the acceptance of bitcoin he got so much attention and he used the potential to pump and dump dogecoin like he always wanted to do, also they may start accepting bitcoin once again too because of the demand from their clients to get more benefits.

Partly agree but before this statement from Elon about Bitcoin mining issue. He is consistently pushing the use of green energy to boost the sales of his tesla since its the main purpose of his company to fight against the consumption of fossil fuels. He just stop the acceptance of Bitcoin when the issue of Bitcoin mining arise due to over consumption of fuel. I believe this is to show support on his green energy advocacy. He will accept it soon once the issue on mining is already solved.

Bitcoin- in bullish time
Tesla company looking into business and I believe that someday they will open up accepting Bitcoin again. It was just for now that they are very concerned about the situation to save cost but I don't think that would really be the main reason, Elon Musk rejected Bitcoin and so did his company.

This will not be a question of whether Tesla will accept Bitcoin, it is a big question if Elon Musk will change his mind. That is his decision but I guess people are not excited to hear that.

Do you really believe that whole bitcoin mining operation will go on sustainable energy real soon? It will take another decade to fully turn on all the miners on renewable energy because you know why? There is simply huge cost involved in setting up the same. Imagine pent hash running facility, how much energy consumption they might be doing? There is no way renewable sources will be able to generate "steady" and "continuous running" power grid. There are natural causes, changes in atmosphere, (wind, sunlight, tidal waves) and much more.

There is no guarantee this will happen real soon.

This has to be added here because TESLA says they will use bitcoin again if Bitcoin Mining is running on green energy. Thats not gonna happen.

Tesla is a company that has been dedicated to the manufacture and sale of electric cars in the United States, and at a stipulated time the opportunity was given to receive the renowned bitcoin virtual currency as a payment method, but due to conflicts between cryptominers and Environmentalorganizations ,  South African owner Elon Musk decided to temporarily suspend this asset until BTC mining made the decision to produce with renewable energy.

The current question is: Could the tesla businessman keep his word? It is obvious that bitcoin is setting a trend this year 2022 and many countries have allowed its regulation due to the potential it demonstrates, not accepting it back could come make a mistake, in addition, the crypto mining companies have already fulfilled the condition that was imposed on them, according to a recent report, the results obtained by mining after switching to renewable energy are demonstrated, which shows a notorious impact

The tesla industry should not miss this opportunity that will surely bring benefits. What choice do you think Elon Musk will make?

I would like to see some numbers thrown around to really put in perspective how important the business model would really be to them. I know the forum is full of praise on how BTC is a goldmine to anyone who adopts it but is that really the case? Especially as Tesla is trying to push the whole ''eco-friendly'' narrative and this would just go against the picture they are trying to project. But that could change if BTC makes well-neded changes in that department.
